Everyone seems to be hating on keto here... who here has actually tried it while lifting? I did keto about 2 years ago and dropped 30 lbs in 3ish months. After a week or two your body adapts, you stop feeling like shit, and actually get a big energy boost (at least I did). I found it easier to wake up in the morning and actually found the gym easier too after the 1-2 weeks of adapting. I needed less time between sets even though I was continuing to lift more each workout (bench was 240, ohp was …

Take it to the extreme. If you had a 15 minute meeting with the CEO of you company, and it was at say 11:30. He decides to eat during the meeting (busy man, full schedule, etc...) you probably wouldn't care. If you brought your lunch and started eating during that meeting, how would you expect it to go and how would expect him to think of you after it? Some of that body language is really only applicable when there is a large difference is social standing. You need to calibrate and apply accordi…

I think as with anything, it needs to be intelligently applied. If there's disabled or elderly, etc... you can give up a seat from a position of strength and abundance. I wouldn't move over immediately for a dude in his 20s, I'd make him approach me and ask for it first. It definitely needs to be calibrated. Obviously, the more alpha and the more power/dominance you have, the more likely people would expect you not to move. If the president of the US were sitting on a bus (fictitious I know) and…

Meh, lifting is a great way to get frame and confidence. I'd go as far as to say it was the best way for me to get frame and confidence. That being said, there are people who are naturally more socially dominant who have never lifted a day in their lives. They could repel shit tests all day long, or still get women's attention. I cringed when you said you needed a minimum lift number to AA/AM, because that's simply not true. Lifting can give the confidence to pull it off, but you could still get…

I guarantee you that a jacked bodybuilder won't have weak lifts. Sure they don't lift as much as a powerlifter, but they still can lift heavy weights. Probably more than most people on this forum anyways. Strength vs size honestly doesn't make much difference until you're pretty far along and have lifted for years. Train in the 5 to 10 rep range and you'll get plenty of both.

Yep. And assuming 4 days of period, that means op is off on his ovulation time and she's really super bitchy and depressed towards him when she's fertile and ovulating (8 to 10 days after period ends).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
