Honestly, it’s not that serious as people make it to be. As someone who is and has been in the same position as OP, it’ll be okay. Women will talk and they will lay claim but even then, that seems to attract some women more. I also didn’t see this company as a permanent place of employment. But anyway, 2.5 years later and I’ve hooked up with 5 different women from my workplace. Now I’m leaving my job on my terms. Just be aware, they will try to claim you and make it known to the other women in t…

Honestly, I stopped keeping counting after about the 30 mark. I think overall, it dilutes the image of love. Socially when you see the same behaviors and the same comments. So time consuming as well when you can just be pouring into yourself or investing in someone that is actually leading toward a future. It’s fun here and there, but overall? Take it from someone with a BA in psych and currently pursing a masters in therapy. I think it’s okay to cry in front of a woman that you see as a true partner for yourself. Vulnerability builds connection and connection builds trust. In front of a woman you haven’t known for a while I’d say not. You can still be masculine and cry.

Honestly man, the fact that you’re “trying” to get her to fall in love is a big indicator that it would not be a successful relationship. Be yourself and find someone that naturally meets your wants and needs. Obviously be your own man, be independent and interested in hobbies.
