I agree, I think its extreme to be outlawed, it should just be added to existing laws, so if an adult sends it to a minor its illegal and if someone keeps sending nudes you dont want its sexual harrasment but not if someone sends something once

I think it’s a bit unreasonable to say that the parent can’t use that money for something else IF they are spending the same amount of their own money on the kid. You shouldn’t make a parent keep €100 separate and buy food for the kid and only the kid of that. If the parent is not spending any or as little as possible money on the child that’s something else
