FWIW 50 Acres (half of what you were looking for) is definitely enough to hunt on and if it has a year round stream running through it you have a great deal going at 1000 bucks an acre anyway. Over the next 5 to 10 years you will probably have that paid off as it isn't too much worse than a nice car payment. Then if you do the labor and have most of the supplies for a log cabin you can probably put that together for a real nice setup in 5 years all relatively debt free. You sound like you are a …

Semi serious question, does Pinterest have guy things? Always got the impression it was crafty junk for women and pictures of food. Not saying GYOW has to be all alpha manly stuff, and if that is your thing then cool. I just always got the vibe it was a site that had women as their primary demographic.

I'm relatively new to Reddit, do you have to unsubscribe to this other stuff somewhere special, or when I go to my profile and it says I'm subscribed to MGTOW only that is the truth?

To add to that a bit. Med school is gonna be rough, but long term I would go for something like radiology or pathology where you never have to interact with patients, or at least ones that are alive. My dad is a pathologist and only deals with other doctors and whomever is working in the lab. It is still mostly a boys club in his world minus some lab techs and the transcriptionists which will all be females. Never ever ever mix work with pleasure in a hospital; you are just begging for a nasty s…

Ha! you buried the lede. "if you treat women like a funny sidekick that says crazy shit sometimes you'll be alot better off than trying to find some intellectual partner." Funniest thing I've read all day

FWIW It sounds like he is in college, if he is graduating in the spring, I'd say he is on the right track. That being said, I wish I'd started looking earlier than I did getting out of college.

I was a tad bit better off than normal, being debt free at 22 and having a secure job in the military I could have afforded a significant portion of a house at 24 ($50,000 in savings at the time). Unfortunately I got married and had a kid, and all that went to things that have no real value. Because I made a dumb decision, I went from being able to fully retire at 42 with a paid off house and car, to being in limbo, taking care of kids I see one month of the year until 52. Chasing (especially ma…

I suppose it was a tad unclear. I was trying to say if you are in debt you can multiply how much you are in debt by, by 4. To be even more clear, no getting married is never financially beneficial to you.

Dang I'm an "Elder"...I didn't even know. I was unfortunately late to the MGTOW game, I have 3 kids, but pretty much stopped having any regular sex in my mid 20's, and have gone without sex for multiple years now. Living single is awesome, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Having your own place to call home and keep to yourself is great. If you need the social interaction find it outside your home and just keep a small place to sleep. As much as I enjoy my children, coming home after 10 h…

It is all very situational, depending on woman, and I would question why she is telling you this just after getting married and having a kid with new dad in two months. There may be some weird hormonal things going on; be very careful. In general I agree with iamlikethewindbaby. If she is starting another family let him deal with it. He has more time being a dad to the boy than you do, and it is probably for the best for the kid. If you really decide to go down this road because this is you doin…

Assuming you didn't ghost her for the last 3 years, she kept you out of his life for some reason. That is pretty terrible in my opinion. If she is not asking for child support, let the new dad take care of him. You will probably end up spending upwards of $200,000 over the next 15 to 21 years. If she is asking for child support get your money's worth (after a paternity test), kids are kind of fun once they are past the baby stage. Get rights to be a part time parent and show a young mind what ca…

He could also be protecting the likely hundred plus people that work for him. When you are at billionaire status you usually have a lot of people depending on you. Divorce in this instance could be the downfall of numerous people.

"cis-privileged white straight" Where did they get white from? Are other races using some sort of special techniques I don't know about? Just goes to show how people will throw race in even when it doesn't have anything to do with the topic. Divide and Conquer.

I'm not super worried about what other people are up to, men or women. I don't really want to be against anyone in particular; I'm going my own way. If you do the same, with all the additional time and money you will have for self improvement, you will probably find yourself in those same positions of power you are complaining about. When you get there do the right thing by the people you are in charge of. Do your little part to make your domain better for yourself and them and move on with life…
