Thanks man. Yeah, growing up there was no structure and a lot of stress. I used sugar as a mechanism to cope and it has wrecked my teeth (god, I don't even want to know what my liver looks like). I was in the NA comm until covid hit. It was nice to be around non-judgemental folk, I must circle back to that. Thank you for the encouragement.

It's kind of ironic that your mind works like that. That it won't just realise that fucking up is a million times better than crashing to the fucking desktop. It's funny. Any of my friends will tell you i'm one of the most confident extroverted people you'll ever meet. I also believe that.
