Try not having a bunch of food around that you can eat when you're bored. I could be wrong, but I'm guessing it's snack foods and stuff like that? Almost all the food I buy requires at least some amount of preparation, so unless I want to crunch on hard pasta or something boredom eating isn't really an option.

The women I work with literally spend most of their time talking about the foods they love and how they can't eat them because once they start they have no self control. Also apparently anything bought at Whole Foods is healthy, doesn't matter what it is. I tried explaining to one that Kettle chips are more technically more "healthy" than pretzel crispette whatever-the-fucks and her head almost exploded.

My "friend" needs this shit bad. He has zero hobbies or talents, he just spends all his free time watching TV. He recently got a girlfriend who might be the least likable person I've ever met (looks like a gargoyle too) and he's completely her bitch. The other day I said something fairly innocuous about standing up for himself and he basically lost it and said he definitely isn't taking relationship advice from me. Serious denial I guess.

I did a couple Tough Mudders. It's a lot of fun, but definitely nothing to brag about. Any physically fit man should be able to complete the entire course with zero help. I would be embarrassed to wear the shirts I got, even to the gym (especially when the're emblazoned with words like "badass"; give me a fucking break).
