Yeah I may not be yet but I have to be getting higher if I'm now at least getting dates with girls who I use to consider out of my league. The trick is to also do splits if you find yourself getting tired. Did Arms/Shoulders today. Tomorrow will be Back/Chest, Wednesday will be Legs/Abs, then Thursday I'll do only cardio. Might rest Friday and then start back up again with Arms/Shoulders on Saturday (Sunday is almost always rest outside of cardio).
