Dominate (Be the Best) at Whatever you do. I assume this means, "Be the best you can be". It can't mean be the best in the world. There is ALWAYS someone better than you. And you know what else? The people who are the 'BEST' in the world at what they do - fucking boring. My worlds include medicine, martial arts, comedy, music, and foreign languages. You do not want to emulate the people who are the best in these fields if you want to improve seduction. They got to be the best by neglecting being…

I can imagine for Patrice it was another way to establish, beyond any debate, that he can walk away from his woman at any time. It seems like sharpening his sword even further. Taking away any bargaining chips that she might ever try to play. "Well maybe I'll go out and fuck somebody else." "Bitch, I TOLD you to do that. I've watched you do that. You've watched me do that. You have zero emotional claws to fuck me up with. I know you love me. So the choice is yours. You can stick around, or you c…

Sidebar worthy. A lot more engaging than a some of the meandering diatribes.

Nice one. Your lessons contain the core of what TRP sexual strategy can teach without getting bogged down in rigid, constricting paradigms of behaviour. It is possible to be a nice, happy person who is also willing to set boundaries and follow your own ambitions. . . . You do not need to and should not strive to be a prick to be "redpill" That's one of the most stark, important lessons I've read on here for a while. Once you have ingested the knowledge, you have to get back to being content in y…

Seriously, the video you added was way better. There's so much potential value contained within the OP video, but these are three huge ideas that require at least a little dissection. But instead it's like a video saying, "How to stop being depressed - Step One 1) Accept your condition, Step 2) Do stuff, and finally Step 3) Socialise, fuck-face". I mean yes, those are really important aspects to addressing depression. But to just state them with a tiny bit of exposition is not useful, except to …

"I don't think I'm going to enact the labour of having to explain to you why that's incredibly offensive and patronising"

Good point. Posts based on stuff that actually happens in the OP's life are solid. There are far to many posts here that are "I've been stewing all day about my ex-wife, women in general, and how much I want to lift more. So here's an extended essay on a bunch of abstract hypotheses in my head."

I agree, it's disappointing to see this kind of post here. There's so much gold in TRP sexual strategy that helps men come to terms with what the playing field in terms of attraction, dating, sex and relationships. The kind of philosophy and science talked about here also attracts a lot of men who have been seriously gouged by and become disenchanted with women in general. I get it, if you've been raped by your ex-wife in a divorce then you come to TRP and say, "Yeah, that lying, deceitful bitch…

God, exactly. Or to take the analogy further. So she made a quick, fast, large amount of cash from a woman's primary power in her youth - her sexuality - and now that life is behind her but she wants be able to take the money, switch lives, no consequences. Ok, what's the male equivalent? That would have to be like a man who's used one of his primary powers to get wealth. I don't know, maybe he's just a good looking, cocky dude who got by working in a bar in Crete, or some beach town, through hi…

I understand man, I had a similar learning curve. It was fucking traumatic going through it. I think it must be like a religious believer losing their faith; up is down, North is South, Good is Evil, no good deed goes unpunished, the bad guy wins, etc. And there was a point (I'm not proud to admit this) where I went around just hating women. I didn't do anything mean or obnoxious to any woman. But in my head it was like, "Really?? REALLY?? THIS is what you like? This is what you find attractive?…

This guy gets it. Setting your brain to, "Where's the funny?" at all times. If you listen to comedians talking to each other on podcasts you'll notice at times they're tripping over themselves to say the next funny thing, and then one-up each other. It becomes a form of sparring. It can also be wicked-annoying sometimes when they don't know when to shut up and return to baseline, or to listen to what the other person is saying. But that's just a balance that comes with experience.

Haha, dude, we've all been there. I still shudder when I think about one Valkyrie I fucked. And it was years ago. Never again. The one positive I took away from the experience, though (and I'll be the first to admit it's flimsy, but bear with me), is that it actually contributed to my Beta-recovery. As a younger man listening to the wrong sources I was fed the narrative that sex is some 'favour' women do for men; that every woman is a goddess and her vagina is special and men should be grateful;…

OP, I think this is the best advice in this thread. On the one hand I wish upfront, explicit, logical, verbal communication was what occured and worked in real life. In reality though every person I've talked to who has a FWB situation is doing exactly what u/CS192837465 has suggested. It's always been the man just treating the woman as a friend until the night is winding down, he escalates, they have sex, he pulls his clothes back on, and goes back to friend-mode. Sure the women always develop …

A deep voice is an inherently masculine strait, being a symptom of both size and testosterone levels. Like Mike Tyson.

I wondered this myself when I first heard it. Through experience I've learned that you should at least use them in combination. Statement = "This is what's happening with me." A chance for you to demonstrate value. If she's interested she'll ask you something further. Question = "What's going on with you?" Prompts a response from her but does not help you demonstrate value i.e. will not amplify attraction. Statement + Question = "This is what's happening with me. And here's your chance to contri…

the easy target comment was not for OPs situation but for other gents commenting that gym girls are meant to be hit on. Right, so you're aware that men approaching you at the gym could have wildly different mindsets about the situtation. One man may approach you full of anxiety and approach you respectfully, another may swagger in thinking you are "meant to be hit on". Given you're aware of that, does the young man full of anxiety deserve to have you act however I want Because that sounds like a…

a guy knows I will be there, sees me as an easy target Did anything in the OP's account of what happened make you think he thought the woman was an "easy target"? Sounds to me like he did an impressive job of overcoming immense anxiety to approach the woman in question. Based on this thread I feel so sorry for the next sucker to approach me at the gym because he will get all the heat in real life that the losers from this board need to hear. Are you saying the next guy who approaches you at the …

I'd like to ask, in all seriousness and with all due respect - do you know how a man can trigger attraction in you? These are biological processes. To hunt deer you approach from downwind, otherwise the deer can smell you and scamper off. So you respect the biological reality of the situation and approach from downwind. To attract a woman you demonstrate value. A woman will not be attracted to a man that she perceives as having insufficient value for her. The type of value she finds attractive w…

Being an asshole just to be "alpha" is the same as being the "nice guy"; you're still just putting up a fake front to get what you want rather than being direct. Words to live by. Nice one.

YES!! And I'll do you one better (or different, whatever). I used to be a 'stereotypically attractive dude'. Caucasian, white, 6', lovely head of hair, good skin, fashionable wardrobe, and not bad genital dimensions, I'm told. NO. FUCKING. GAME. I was fucking terrified of women in a flirtatious setting. VERY rarely had girlfriends or sex, we're talking years in between. Would always end up a 'great friend'. And looking back I can remember women getting frustrated with me for not knowing how to e…
