An easy way is hugging, it's low-key and it communicates that you are not afraid of touching her, after hugging you can transition into holding her waist and going in for kiss. I think fittness and everything you listed is great, but it won't make you less nice. I did water polo for a long time and nothing changed. Same thing with NoFap, it's cool but not enough or not as effective I should say. It's really awesome everything , the easting healthy , sleep etc. But it doesn't get you laid. Atleast this is just my opinion. I've been doing this for alot and nothing.
