How to get out of a rut using The Jordan Peterson 'Positive FeedBack' concept. Sometimes we sabotage ourselves into bad habits through small seemingly insignificant actions with FUCKING DISASTROUS repercussions. Here is the way out.Great post! I'm kinda going through this by instinct and you really put words on my actions, I appreciate that a lot. I would recommend, for those who like writing, to start journaling extensively. I know this has helped me visualize the cycle(s) I experiment and therefore putting clear actions and defining steps to break those is far more easier to me. If you work on a computer, take 5 to 30 minutes to express where you are today, where you want to go and the actions you took to get there. I do… | /r/TheRedPill | 19/03/18 03:20 PM
How to train youself to act/respond/make a desicion quicky?I see exactly what you're saying here. I would advise you to try this : stop thinking "predefined" but "usual" It seems predefined, actually it's usual. You're trying to make new habits and can't rely on your previous ones. So, if you seem to take the usual path and desire otherwise, think 'new'. And new is out of your comfort zone, so uncomfortable (is this English? I'm french). My mindset right now is just getting used to uncomfortable decision making. Once you're used to it, it stops being aw… | /r/seduction | 31/01/18 11:39 PM
How to train youself to act/respond/make a desicion quicky? If the situations are different and the phenomenon the same, it's within you. The common thing in different situations/same phenomenon is actually you. You have to take a step further and get used to same situation, different phenomena, i.e. approach/response. So far you are in different situations and the phenomenon is 'no approach' Hope this helps as I am learning too and so far this is what I learned. It can grow quick if you're not creepy and above all detached from the outcome. | /r/seduction | 31/01/18 10:45 PM
A translated Alpha Video from Jacques BrelNice vid and reminder that I don't listen enough of Jacques. I grew up with this, meant a lot at one time. Are you french/Belgian? | /r/TheRedPill | 16/01/18 12:24 AM
What about just living life?TRP is all about setting goals and working hard on your interests/becoming interesting. So you already got the situation. You're trying to understand something you know instinctively and applied to your life. You have nothing to understand since you're already living it :) | /r/TheRedPill | 09/08/17 05:20 PM
What about just living life? This is exactly what I want to learn - not having to change my attitude. What I want to share, I'll share. What's intimate is my own to decide and I'll keep it to myself. I'm not getting bored because lack of interesting people, I'm getting bored because every person I know is very easily "decoded". You seem to think I already am a player. I've been reading TRP for a month now, give or take. Had one one night stand in my life and the number of people I slept with is easily counted on 2 hands. I'… | /r/TheRedPill | 09/08/17 05:11 PM
What about just living life? One point I have trouble understanding : "You can like-have two version of yourself. At work. Not at work." "I'm so sick of the dichotomy" You create two versions of yourself, the point I get from TRP is to be the best version of yourself. Not the best one for work and the best one for guuuurrrls but one version of you. The trouble I have is precisely that, that's what's eating me from inside. I don't want to be one person in front of my family and then another in front of my boss and again anot… | /r/TheRedPill | 09/08/17 01:06 PM
Wife is having an affair with a former patient of hers, we have kids so I have just been taking it.I'm so new here but I'll allow myself in. Don't get out of the house. From where I am (France) it is considered abandon of the family, I don't know how to translate it. Surely there's a similar thing where you are. Get a lawyer, get a PI, pictures, traces of everything she bought with your money and offered to the guy. She fucked your mind up, man, fuel your change to red pill with a divorce in which you win. One question: In this marriage, what's your investment? Because this is your return on … | /r/askTRP | 06/08/17 08:57 PM
