This is inspiring. I'm in a similar situation. I'm 24, a college dropout and have been going from one dead end job to the next just partying, getting fat and focusing on girls while lacking any real stability which has resulted in unfulfilling relationships. I like this idea. I'm already on day 20 of nofap and have been consistently going to the gym for the past month while also being productive learning to code. When I actually look at my time sinks, it's YouTube and reddit. Although most of the time it's browsing/watching educational and informative stuff, I still feel as though I use it as an excuse not to take action during certain times. I'm thinking about doing the challenge but I also feel like I'd be missing out on a bunch of good content

I wouldn't necessarily call them pure dark triad. Guys in a functioning LTR have to have a mix of alpha and beta traits otherwise it wouldn't last very long due to either insecurity pushing the girl away or aloofness where she'll seek someone else that shows more desire and security.
