I think we all went through some form of rage, my thing is to not listen to alot of the ragers on youtube. I noticed that the more I listened to their rage the angrier I became. I focus more on my life, wants, needs, and goals. Actually quit my job a week ago after having issues with dispatch and the fact that they continued to send us to a location were an employee had a confirmed case of Covid-19. Plus side is that my bank is allowing me to skip mortgage and car note payments for the foreseeable future and I have several job offers on the table.
