OYS#3. M35, F39, son M2 (almost) Reading The Rational Male, the Player's handbook. I've read NMMNG, The book of pook, models, the game. Fitness: still 87kgs. I have to manage how to mesure body fat correctly. boxing training 3 times. Good. I've also managed to diet again properly. I feel my body is getting in good shape again. Relationship: honestly, I feel confident. I only needed to remember for a moment who I am. I can't control her behavior about being obsessed for chores and burocracy, but …

OYS 2 Me M35, partner F39, kid of 21 months. 86,55kgs (-0,5kg). Went on boxing gym 2x Last week I got a precious advice from /u/alpha_wolflord9: When my wife does chores, I feel guilty. I felt so stupid, because I've read so much about red pill theory in the last years and I didn't got this conclusion on my own. It happens that when my partner does chores, she shit tests me, continuously. Failing shit tests was what led me on huge frustration. I talk about chores because she's so fucking obsesse…

How can you give this to yourself? I don't know. I just think that after all, I'm a lazy ass. When my wife does chores I feel guilty. Good point. By whose measure? That's not measurable. It's just how I feel about it. Post your lifts. Don't know if it counts as lifting, I go to fighting gym 3xweek and we don't use heavy weights. We do mostly HIIT for power building. STFU, lift, read, and OYS Any suggestion about what to read first?

OYS #1 (it's the third time I attempt to do this). 35yo, 180cm (5'11"), 87kg (192lbs), cohabitating for 4 years, kid of 21 months. Honestly, I need help. When waters are calm, I just spend time chillin', relaxin' and doin' my shit. When the feminine shitstorm approaches I panic, suffer, beg her for consideration and then I come here full of anger asking "WHY THE FUCK I'M NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO FACE THESE SHITSTORMS" and read all the posts, the stories, the sidebars and the books until the waters a…

Last time, she thought that quitting gaming and removing all the retrogaming collection was a "sacrifice". She don't understand that gaming is harmful to me. Anyway, you got me. I'm removing all videogames. I will update about progress the next time I will own my shit.

I'd love to know how you got shoulder and back injuries playing video games. I do a manual job and I became weaker after quitting gym. More fatigue, more physical stress, my body couldn't handle heavy weights correctly anymore. I'd also love to know how you didn't have time for the gym but you did for video games, especially with first a pregnant partner and then a newborn around. Because I was a fucking idiot. That's it. Acting like a teenager instead of a grown man. No idea why you couldn't ju…

First time here, so don't know where to start. 34yo from Italy, my SO is 38 and we have a son of 8 months. We're living together (no married) for 3 years. Relationship is usually good, she is a strong woman whom has a little inner girl waiting for a daddy to slap her ass. I was very good at it when we first hooked up. I wasn't really in red pill but I lifted, I was on my own and I wasn't addicted in videogames. After few months of living together, I came back to school. I never graduated as a ki…
