She honestly needs some good role models for choosing good men, going to a Bible believing church where the wives respect their husbands really helped my wife’s attitude, and getting saved. It’s still work, but it is less work after being married for 10 years and 3 kids, thankfully she wasn’t promiscuous when she was younger and we pair bonded well.

I would like to say that I disagree with the last statement in that post, my wife is a good women and we have hit rock bottom and she’s still here. I am thankful to have a Christian wife, out shopping for kids clothes at a resale shop and a grown man is dressed like a woman (running a register) with a low cut mid section showing top on and overalls cut into short shorts, my wife quickly got our kids out of there.

Women hate accountability, never forget that. A woman should never hold any position of power, especially over men, they will make work life a crap fest.
It happens to us everywhere, when I came to the realization one day that men are like atlas, we are built to shoulder everything, and take it God made us that way, things for me at least got easier, women can’t do what we do not even in the slightest. If my wife gets mouthy about anything I do, I look at her, grin, laugh and tell her “you want to wear carhartt untill it’s time to do carhartt things, hush and I’ll do what I believe is best at that moment/for the family.
I agree with your statement about the dread game, when my wife thinks a younger/prettier woman is hitting on me, she does that much more for my attention.

When my wife starts to nag or tries to give me chores or is just down right unpleasant (which isn’t very often) I threaten to go buy a wide body scat pak, she abruptly changes her attitude lol 😆
