This appears to have been in the UK, so.... maybe? Here in the States, no; short of outright corruption, judges are pretty much unassailable. And even in the face of a mountain of evidence, you'd need a DA with a desire to prosecute, which won't happen because these guys all play golf together. Fun fact: a judge can jail you indefinitely for pretty much any reason; no conviction necessary.

Fun stuff, getting kicked out of school over lies so I could go home to a father who was abusive on a good day and got away with it because he was a cop. Messed me up for a long, long while.
