This. If you’re not losing weight the only reason is that you’re eating too much. As you lose weight your tdee goes down so you need to eat even less to stay at a deficit. This advice doesn’t really work during a quarantine depending on what you like, but you should find a hobby that you enjoy that requires you to move such as tennis, bjj, or hiking.

Yes. In the software engineering world people care more about skills than a piece of paper. Start your portfolio to show them your skills. Have 4 or 5 projects completed in your GitHub and maybe sign up for a hackathon or two.

just to play devils advocate. Since men are physically stronger than women, the kind of rape were talking about is different. I think there there should be two definitions like. Rape: unwanted sexual intercourse. Violent Rape: unwanted sexual intercourse where the Victim actively resists.

I train bjj and have helped children’s self defense classes. You treat woman and children the exact same way. the only difference is that when you let a child win, they understand you’re pulling punches. Females believe they win on their own. Disclaimer: I have rolled with exactly 3 women who beat me, and it wasn’t even close

I’ve had two long term relationships and neither girl has had any empathy. I am adamantly against male genital mutilation because I had a botched circumcision. I literally showed them why I am against it and they just laughed and said “it’s not that bad”. “I just prefer circumcised men”. “I’d want my son to be circumcised”.
