Learn to not care about getting them your focusing on the end goal to much your nervous and they don’t like that they like confidence I know it seams scary but think of it this way you first job interview I bet you were nervous but after so many job interviews you knew what to expect what’s going to happen and it gets easier if you don’t fail every so often means your not leaning something new

I was into the gym and boxing a lot before the lockdown started lost 15 kg then lockdown started slowly but Shirley I gained it on around 3/4 months in I couldn’t be bothered anymore with my diet so then gained 13kg back but where I am the gyms opened back up and I’m going back there now lost 2 kg so far but still miss boxing tho and the grind to start back up is so hard

There’s a boxing YouTube channel called fightTIPS get a bag stick to the basic jab/cross/hooks and go to a good gym when you can try one that has less people bcs then you’ll get more time wid the trainers

I’m Welsh and no it’s not so My fitnesses went down to nothing I was in boxing 5 times a week and gym 5 times now nothing so I drink and eat and play game now bcs nothing else to do

Oh I know I broke up with a girl who I thought was just a fwb but she was crazy and hurting my chances wid other girls so I ended things and that was the last time I had some so I know it’s easier said than done 😂
