The reason men don't take dating advice from women is that most women don't really give good advice and instead say what they think feels right for them or is beneficial for them. So the majority of guys learn to learn from other guys who've had major success with women. Some of them don't give good advice and give the general "be yourself" while others will give you concrete explanations that are easy to understand and follow through on.
