I always liked the quote "Someone busier than you is working out right now." If your problem is energy, change to tired, and so on.

That's not my experience. From what I've seen, it's usually dudes doing supersets that just forget about the other thing they were doing and walk away.

A lot of idiots at my gym don't rerack their weights, regardless of gender.

I play a lot of pool which isn't exactly an alpha breeding ground. A lot of beer guts in that crowd. There are like 3 attractive girls in the whole scene and they eat up attention like you wouldn't believe. Even though, at any other bar, they are average at best.

I dated a chick a while back that had a whole gang of orbiters. It was hilarious watching them try to scheme how to weasel their way into my position. One of them went up to my chick and said "H4ppenst4nce is outside smoking a cigarette and talking to another girl." And to her credit my chick said "Yeah, who cares?"

True. Abs are there to support your spine under heavy loads. If you are putting heavy weights on your back your abs have to respond to the load.

As with most things, the best thing to do is deflect with a joke. "You must get all the girls.""Yep, hundreds." "How many girls have you been with?""Today? A bakers' dozen." Don't ever tell them that you don't pull a bunch of chicks if that is their perception of you. They are prequalifying you. Unfortunately for your problem with pulling the trigger there really isn't any baby advice. You just have to go for it. Take comfort in the fact that if a girl is asking about your sexual/girlfriend hist…

A while back something similar happened to me. I started hooking up with this hot chick that hangs out at some of the local dive bars. Naturally, because she favors the dumpier places she has acquired quite a few orbiters. One night I was walking out through the parking lot to take her home and ran into one of them, named Nick. He was smoking (he doesn't smoke) and looked like his dog had just got run over. I asked him if he was feeling alright or if he drank too much and he just solemnly said n…

Alright so if someone could help me learn a little something here that would be awesome. How does the concept of holding frame apply to a video like this. Undoubtedly he got the upper hand in this confrontation, but he didn't exactly keep his cool. How does this fit into the philosophy?

Yeah I tend to use it when there is a lull in conversation.

I've been doing this for years. Whenever I'm talking to a girl that is wearing something strange like bright red heels or something. I've never thought of it as a seduction technique, just a ploy for a cheap laugh.

If I had a darker skin tone Aladdin would be the best costume ever. Just wearing a vest as a shirt all night and make up a skateboard to look like a magic carpet. EDIT: Also, I CAN SHOW YOU THE WORLD!!!

Good read for sure. I've gone from 155 to 185 over the past two years (also 6'3") and I can vouch for quite a bit of this. Especially the fat chicks dropping off around 175.

The domestic violence area of this new policy is getting the most attention due to the Ray Rice incident. However, this policy applies to all violent acts, not just domestic violence.
