If you feel the anger and you are busy fighting with people in your head ruminating over and over, don't try to stop being angry, just try to realize what you are busy doing. Then as soon as that has happened look at the anger in your head and just follow it around and observe it to see what it does, don't try to stop it or influence it in any way, just follow it. It's interesting what happens. After a few times doing this it will get easier and easier to catch yourself mid-emotion ruminating an…

I come from the old school perspective that a man's word is his bond, and a handshake is clad in iron... But this is a fools notion in todays world, I can not tell you how fucking angry it makes me that a man you made a deal with will suddenly reconsider the deal or worse yet tell you he discussed a done deal with his wife and he wants to change it. It's fucking disgusting. It's like trying to do business with children. You do get the real deal high integrity men though, but it's getting rare.

My dog ate a plan-b after an ex dropped it and it fell on the floor... I was so worried about him for days, but nothing happened. He didn't get pregnant though, so I can at least vouch for the efficacy...

When you say 3 plates, do you mean 3 plates per side or 1.5 plates per side? I'm not sure how that nomenclature works. About the toxic people, you also get the one ring to rule them all level of toxic person that have all of the above, they also like to search out others like them so that they can blame the world as a collective. It's like a cancer.

To keep people reproducing they should collect sperm randomly to make guys conceive a kid in a random woman like a lottery. And you get to keep the kid and woman as a prize so they can keep your house clean, while you keep fucking the vacuum cleaner.

Yah, 1700s household stuff... I'm gonna go find a beehive and make some candles, it's always interesting to try something really old school. Have you seen those candle/stove things the eskimos used to make because trees where scarce, they took a piece of flat bark or leather? and then chew walrus blubber into a paste and spread it thickly onto one side and the they light the edge with the blubber facing upwards and the edge burns for hours and gives them a wide flame to cook the rest of the walr…

A freshener? What does that mean? Is it laundry? Don't get me wrong, I do everything in my home. But I go with the squeezy bottles, detergent and fabric softener. I've only used borax as flux, and I thought it was like 1700s household stuff. You have to buy it at a hardware store or pharmacy(it's right next to the sulfur flowers haha)

I agree, to me working out is like magic for the soul. But it takes time, hard work and intensity for the magic to take effect though, that's why so many people quit and why training aids and stupid equipment is so popular. There are no shortcuts to the magic. I think Taleb is great. He has a way of looking at topics from an angle that most people wouldn't even dream of, it's refreshing, and by far the biggest lesson I have learned from his writing. It's great to revisit my own ideas and try to …

Self righteous judgmental pricks like you can just keep on pretending that your moral high-horse is a thoroughbred. You are masking jealousy with contempt.

Yip, this is true. I was thinking of the times in history when becoming a man was a big deal, eg. You go alone into the woods to hunt a lion after the men taught you all the lore... Or you start learning from your father to become what him and his father where... Etc. We in the west don't have a "Here are some bullet ant gloves, keep them on for an hour and emerge as a man" activities. We just have the carrot on the stick life cycle, go to school, go to college, go to work, get married, have two…

Woman teaching boys is a travesty and should never have been allowed to happen. They cannot teach boys to think and behave like men.

You will love the book if you like all that stuff you mentioned. It's about troy and greece, but not like the historic and mythical accounts or like the movies.. It's like a parallel story, and all the mythical guys (eg. Achilles, Odessius etc.) are just normal fallible guys with everyday bc problems thrown into situations that are out of their control and they aren't the main characters at all. Soiry on phone, so might read strange.

Yes, read something good. I recommend Lord of the silver bow - David Gemmell. It's the first book of a trilogy, and it's immensely entertaining without being tedious. Read the trilogy, they get even better with every book. It's nail biting action without all the dragons and magic and fairy tales, a real man's book. The problem with school was they gave us things/books too tedious and boring for our little brains to handle, and then they punished us for reading them by making us write a report an…

It's not about retreating in the context of being a human though. Humans are great at endurance running, because that is how we used to hunt prey. In Africa some tribes still do this, track and run after a wounded antelope for many miles. (This is perhaps why the Ethiopians and kenyans are dominating distance running, they have done it longer than us westerners). A man can outrun ANY animal over long distance, including horses and dogs. We invented tools and running after shit, until we invented…

That last quote, the one about not knowing what a condition is like because you're a man. That's like saying a doctor can't treat you for cancer because he's never had cancer himself. It's retarded.

That last part is not true though. Woman LOVE pills and remedies etc. for everything. A woman considers medication as part of a balanced meal plan. They have drawers and cabinets dedicated to all manner of shit. Have you ever listened to a bunch of girls speak? The topics almost always include who's on what meds, and who's meds are better and who's the best at having the worst condition. It's ridiculous.

Simple explanation: Eating sugar (carbs) causes an insulin response, insulin turns the sugars to fat. You can many many calories worth of carbs/sugar in one sitting. Eating fat without carbs, does not release insulin so fat storage is greatly diminished. Even though fat is higher energy dense than sugar, you can't consume a lot at a sitting.

Mansplaining is when you try to defeat a shit test with logic. You lost the shit test, and can now be identified as a low value shit test failure to other woman via words. Only low value bitches use these terms, and besides the internet you'll probably only come across these vile creatures in an office environment.

Big soft gym muscles? Trigger warning? This post is just one big excuse to be a lazy sack of shit. You've obviously never been in a gym, or picked up anything heavier than a bag of potato chips. You are like an illiterate person telling everyone that reading is useless.

That's because most people pretend that they are doing it. They then compare the real outcome with the pretended efforts, and what do you know? All that not hard work for nothing. People also go to the gym and pretend to lift.

What? Don't squat like that, you are going to hurt yourself. Squat without a bar, feet flat on the ground, no shoes. Go down as far as you can (not to a point that's intolerable) and stay there for 20 seconds. Feel the stretch. Stand on a step with the front of your feet, heels hanging in the air. Legs straight, lightly dip your heels below the step (toes are now higher than the heel) until you have a nice stretch, hold for 20 seconds. Do these a few times a day, everyday. If you can do a bodywe…
