So your own source contradicts you. Nice. "Doesn't improve strength" well no shit - strength training improves strength. Larger lean mass and CNS training improves strength. So in fact, it works exactly as I described - it's a recovery drug which lets you lift hard. And insulin, or at least IGF1 (people don't inject insulin directly) is metabolised from HGH, so saying you need to take insulin for it to work is idiotic.
