The way I see it (rough definitions): Egalitarian - every one deserves equal rights Feminist (at least what it should be) - women have issues we need to address MRA - men have issues we need to address You can be all three. Being an MRA just means you think men have issues that need to be known and resolved. Feminist should be the same for women. And I think everyone should be an egalitarian. Being an MRA should flow out of egalitarianism just like (proper) feminism.

Why is it so difficult to make gender neutral definitions? Honor killings are the killing of a person for bringing shame to the family/culture/other people in general (roughly). This still includes the killing of women for "promiscuity" or other absurd reasons people think up, but doesn't deny that a man could be killed for bringing shame to the family as well. While I recognize that in some strongly patriarchal societies and religions the former may be more common, why does that matter? Because…

Why is it that if a consenting drunk male and a consenting drunk female have sex, the male has raped the female? A sober male and drunk female, the male has taken advantage of her because she is drunk. Or a drunk male and sober female, the drunk male raped the defenceless female. There is no way to win. If they say you raped them, and one or more of you were drunk, the male raped the female. Or so it seems to me, please correct me if you feel the need to.

...no. in fact, the only gender specific treatment I have recieved is being expected to be a "white knight gentleman hur hur" and not being allowed to receive help for my issues and told to "man up" and being prevented from being unable to talk or even look at children in public and being unable to defend myself from physically abusive women for fear of being arrested or branded an abuser. So no. I haven't.

Well, fascism does not equal nazis. I understand what you say, but I still don't see why you hate them rather than just disagreeing strongly because you think they are a a very bad political decision. Just like if I really thought that the republican party (or democrat, it's irrelevant) had never done anything good I would find myself very strongly disagreeing with republicans as a whole.
