No question, just taking the time to show that its worth it to change your mindset. Hope it can help someone else.

Good list but seems a bit narrow...ADD and ADHD? A large number of people have those disorders, i'm diagnosed and I dont see it as a problem for plates. Party girls? If I can find a girl who likes to party but has her priorities straight and can handle it, I'm all for it.

Learn how to save. Have to understand that to make money, you have to grow money. In order to have success in any aspect of life, it is a combination of a ton of thought out decisions and sacrifices. Also understand that the stock market will always level out meaning that it is almost impossible to just beat the stock market. First, you have to have enough assets to protect yourself from any market correction. An index fund grows at an average of 7 percent per year. That means that money should …

Write, music, art, etc....There are healthy and TRP ways to express your thoughts. It's not healthy in my opinion to hoard thoughts but I would never whine to another person about them.

I'm learning to escalate too. Im just going to start asking if they want to come over and just get over the fact they might say no. Better to know the answer then regretting not doing anything in my mind.

Experiences make people closer. My closest friends are the guys that didn't judge me at my lowest moments and weren't envious at my highest. The people that are in your foxhole during the shit storms are the ones you want in your close circle. Take risks and experience life and you'll find close friends.

Cardio does wonders for your overall well-being. It's great for your mind as well. Sending oxygen-rich blood through your body, including your brain, is really healthy.

No obviously the dude is a loser if his girl is texting a guy she's met once every weekend to come over.

Thanks. This is what I was looking for.

Should of made it clear, I don't really care if my plates hook up with other people. They can do whatever they want just as I do whatever I want. I guess it's her issue to confront if she gets caught and not mine.

Similar to that, I use this as my routine. http://www.simplyshredded.com/mega-feature-layne-norton-training-series-full-powerhypertrophy-routine-updated-2011.html

Hahahaha you're hilarious dude. I don't live and die by 5x5 workouts. I just think it's ridiculous to encourage not training power and strength movements. I do 2 days of power mixed in with 4 days of hypertrophy and it keeps me lean. Your fast twitch muscles need to be used and you will wear your body down to nothing by just doing hypertrophy. As for my body, I was a college swimmer so I'm pretty comfortable with how I look and definitely don't need your verification for it. I'll trust the women…

Use proper verbs to describe what you've done and quantify everything.

Seriously. People think they know everything about fitness but don't put in the time to research it.

Do other exercises. Put some chains over your shoulders and do dips/pull ups. Put a plate on your back and do pushups. You can't be a perfectionist in the gym or else you'll never make progress. Lifting for me is about improvising. My shoulder hurts and I can't do shoulder presses, I do lunges with chains around my neck instead. Most important thing for the routine I gave you is that you follow the day schedule and not necessarily the specific exercises for each day. With regards to stamina, sta…

You can use it how ever you want. I'm not trying to look like a body builder so I change aspects of it. But I'm very strong, cut, and lean. I have friends that use it to get massive and it works for them too. Start with diet first and then decide how you want to lift.

I follow this routine: http://www.simplyshredded.com/mega-feature-layne-norton-training-series-full-powerhypertrophy-routine-updated-2011.html Its pretty intense but combine it with a good diet, proper cardio, and consistency, I've seen massive results.

Stairclimber, box jumps, burpies, urg machine (rowing) are all high intensity exercises that help burn fat. Also diet is the most important thing but keep doing HIIT a few times a week and let yourself recover between days of doing it.

Yeah, I was, I paraphrased how the conversation went. I told her that I had to study the next day, had stuff to do, and was going to bed. She just texted me again and said she wants to come over. I'll use that bouta sleep line. Feels good to have women come to me though.

Yeah, I'm definitely not putting everything into this one. I haven't even talked to her since the concert night. She just texted me out of nowhere. I have a feeling she'll text me again so I'll let her come to me. She sounds nuts and I'm not going to voluntarily put myself into whatever is going on with her.

Read Shoe Dog. Phil Knight's book pretty much explains the culture around Nike and what he expected out of employees.

I've been doing anabolic fasting for the past three weeks. Has worked wonders so far. You basically follow the 16/8 hour rule but your diet consists of 65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs. You follow that for the first 12 days then you have a carb load day and then the cycle is 6 days on 1 day carb load.

Not sure who you are responding to but yeah, planning a more active second date other than dinner so I can initiate more kino. I always view the kiss as a stepping stone and not the end goal. So if you force a kiss, yeah, you get a kiss but it may damage the goal of sex so I make the kiss a strategic step.

Had this same thing happened tonight. Had a good date, kept it under an hour, planned another one but leaving was kind of rushed and we went our separate ways. I always initiate first kiss but I don't try to force something if i know it won't go well. If it doesn't escalate next time, I'll next but I try to have a little patience after only one date.

My first semester of college I got a 1.8 and was put on academic probation. I was a college athlete and wasn't able to compete. I remember breaking down to my parents because I didn't want to disappoint them. My mom (who is a badass) gave me the best advice I've ever received. She said "there are no victims in life, just volunteers" and that the worst thing in life is disappointing yourself. Everyone has the inner ability to do it, you just have to take a hard look in the mirror and commit to it…
