Oh thought you were just agreeing with the article. It's interesting that some countries actually have a legal system that works the way you described. In most of Europe it's the judge's job to actually do their job and excercise the law instead of granting exceptions based on their personal sympathies. No wonder that your system is discriminatory.

Dude it literally says in the article that it's radical. If that's what it's gonna take to have our world be "not-sexist", I think most people would rather have a "sexist" world.
