If you’re somebody who doesn’t already work out (especially lifting), starting to do so might be helpful. Not only in terms of the increased muscle mass, but just the confidence that comes with getting stronger. It might sound silly, but I absolutely think the effect is real! I’ve seen it. Also, some of the behaviors you describe can often signal underlying anxiety. Not necessarily clinical anxiety, but aspects of yourself/situations you aren’t comfortable with. Sexual prowess and confidence are certainly one part of the equation...but unless you both just want a hookup, you're gonna have to demonstrate redeeming qualities beyond just that. I applaud the candor of this approach but I think it's a little simplistic and could easily backfire. What about being sensitive, sophisticated, nuanced, tactful, able to see deeper than just the T&A? All desired attributes (at least most of the time) which might be lost here.

It alters one's behavior and "aura" in a way that one can't even realize - and none of which are good. It's a weird concept that I had to learn the hard way. But I believe in it. I think "being productive is being attractive" isn't a bad way to put it :)
