If the man wants the woman to keep the baby and she wants to abort it, since it is half his and he has his parental rights, she should be forced to bear the child and hand it over to him, what's fair is fair. Because if she wants the baby and he doesn't she'll keep it, so the same must apply for men. If we're talking equality here, an abortion should require both parents' consent.

The unalienable vs inalienable definitions come from attorney Michael Shaw who founded freedomadvocates.org, I am inclined to agree with his definitions. As for signing rights away, you do sign them away when you sign government documents unless you expressly state on the document along with your signature that you are in fact reserving your rights.

That can't possibly be common law, common law is based on unalienable rights and the protection thereof, that man's rights are not being protected if his property is being stolen from him by the state, that is most definitely a violation of rights. Sounds more like statutory or admiralty or UCC law, take your pick. But hey I could be wrong maybe they have different legal definitions there...
