Don't know how old your kids are, but if you want to play sports with them, keep up with them when they get older and stronger, and be there for their grandkids, you'll exercise for health if for nothing else. Increased muscle mass and strength will go a long way when all your friends will need help getting out of a chair and you still squat with weight on your back in your 60's and 70s.

No. You can produce lower tones, but your natural speaking voice, when not conscious of pitch, will probably not deepen much. As you age you'll gain a darker tone or timbre, probably, but not much pitch lowering. EDIT: this shouldn't matter. Tone and projection matter more than pitch (unless you have a glandular problem and you haven't progressed past Elmo stage)

Could've happened the first time for any reason. But the subsequent times you might've thought about that first time and it became a self fulfilling prophecy. I've got a big sets of glutes myself...no hip thrusts as I'm more into powerlifting. However, loaded hip thrusts are easy to load - barbell across the hips. You can also use a band. Best way to a better ass is not through squats and deadlifts, it's through glute specific movements like hip thrusts, seated band adduction, and single leg bulgarian split squats. check out bretcontreras.com for more stuff on glutes. EDIT: that's not to say she shouldn't squat and deadlift - that's just to say that the exercises that grow the glutes best are the ones I've listed above and that are on that website.

we couldn't have TRP without there being a BP. If everyone was "red pill" then a certain group would branch off and make their own "redder" pill (not meaning an intensification of those values). Basically, in order for TRP to exist, it can't be popular or widely accepted or the meaning loses value. Without the little fish in the pond in the first place there can't come to exist bigger fish.

How are her stress levels? Having a newborn can increase stress, obviously, which increases cortisol which does all sorts of bad things to ya when it's present in high levels. Also, yoga is not a form of exercise. Get her to do weight training and watch the felt melt off as she puts on more muscle and gains some strength. Consider Bret Contreras' program Strong Curves as it's geared towards women and doesn't require a ton of teaching how to do lifts and whatnot.

is it that much a surprise that people (men or women) will go after other good looking people? In a non-consequential environment like tinder, I'm sure people are a little more inclined to shoot higher than they would in a face to face interaction. It's plain fact that barring the top 1% of athletes, doing roids enables you to do a lot of stupid shit and still be stronger, leaner, and bigger than a natural counterpart. Have you seen what some people get away with?? Also doing more isn't equal to working harder. A natural couldn't work as hard so he has to put way more effort into proper programming, nutrition, rest, etc. More is better tends to work on roids - and that's the simplest way to program if you can even call it that.

agree. furthermore, you never truly understand how to overcome plateaus. Lastly, to stay at that level, you gotta keep taking - either shortening the time between cycles or just staying on. And once you're off you will eventually go back to your natural baseline. I'm not anti steroid, btw. If you're a professional athlete, you are definitely justified as your competition is probably using.

Nobody's ever hated mine, and I have a fair amount (and am very pale, so there's no missing it). It's definitely a who cares deal.
