hendrixski I entirely agree that the BLM movement not being embraced by the MRM was a lost opportunity. (This is to distinguish the BLM movement from the BLM org. I deeply support the movement, but consider the org. a feminist front co-opting a black initiative.) I didn't expect to see the MRM marching--I never do--but support out of the MR fora would have gone a long way to strengthen us.

Not complaining about the mixed gender bathrooms, complaining about giving the girls twice as many bathrooms, clearly sexist.

Good point, but it's learned helplessness. Had they complained as a group, they school might have reverted to the original arrangement, esp. if the group was as large as the female one.

PREACH! This devaluation of the sexuality, pain, and well-being of males began before feminism, and it actually paved the way for that illegitimate ideology.

The girls complained... This, fellow MRAs and others, is the key. The girls feel empowered to complain, knowing full well that if enough of them did so they'll get what they want. The boys, however, did not have the solidarity to complain as a group. Without an organizing force like feminism, they may have grumbled among themselves but didn't feel entitled to claim "sexism." It is the job of the MRM to free them as a body to demand "We Count, Too."

If women were actually clamoring for the right to fight, then it would have been discriminatory. But I doubt you could've found .001% (one in 100,000) women who actually wanted to get in the trenches of past wars. Calling a dire obligation a privilege is simply part of the feminist playbook.

but the minute you criticize radical feminism or the "me too" movement they will brand you as a reactionary misogynist I was alarmed by this trend in the early 70s. The Dems, stunned by the election of Nixon and the success of the racist Southern Strategy (S.S), welcomed feminism into its ranks because they promised to deliver the white female vote to counter the S.S. Big time con job! From that time on, support for feminism became the litmus test for liberalism. You could be against any particu…

Why is it always “Black Lives Matter” and not “All lives matter”? Why is this sub named "MensRights" instead of "GenderRights"? Maybe because once the folks trod upon on the very bottom are recognized and given equal consideration then everybody will. Once the disparaged men and boys are deemed worthy their human rights, the rights of the more valued women and girls will surely be taken care of. Likewise with race. And this issue is not some new flash in the pan that just arose after a few well …

First & second generation immigrants (not refugees) of all ethnicities come to industrialized countries to improve their socioeconomic lives. To use a boxing metaphor, they are "hungry." They work their and their children's butts off, and are not yet demoralized. This is what causes the disparity, not ethnicity. (Give it a few generations.) What is more to the point is that the female do better in schools across the board. This is where the true discrimination is in a feminist education system. …

Words out of my mouth. The importance of the attack on male sexual privacy is a topic I've touted for some 30 yrs. Unfortunately, a male's right to bodily modesty is at the same stage intactivism was about 20 yrs. ago, with some claiming it wasn't really a MR issue. I have been following patient modesty w/Dr. Bernstein, et al, for about a decade. (I've been reluctant to post any urls for fear that the sites would be flooded by the few knuckleheads and trolls.) she has been the judge for 20,000 family cases before retiring During her tenure as a family judge, "Judge Judy" was such a consummate ant-father tyrant that a number of fathers' rights orgs held demonstrations specifically aimed at her. Her "even-handedness" consisted of letting mothers accuse fathers of every thing short of the shooting of Lincoln while telling their targets to "shut up and sit down." At the end of the tirade, however, she did give the father a few minutes to confess to the ch…

Clicked on their bios. All three seem legit: they're really concerned about the plight of fathers vis a vis child support. Also, for each of them this is their first--probably last--article for Slate. And, btw, Stephane D. Andrade is a man. It would shock me if they ever wrote for that e-rag again.

Triple shock: First, this article appears in Slate, a bastion of feminist misandry. (Well, even a broken clock...) Second, the three authors are all women! I can't even imagine three non-feminist women writing for Slate, and if they are feminists, it's definitely a sign of the Apocalypse. And finally, they're covering an issue that in my opinion doesn't get enough play in this sub: child support slavery. I find this "victory" a little bittersweet. The mother's campaign of parental alienation and false accusations was "punished" by reducing her sole custody to a 50-50 physical custody order...ya know, the very thing that fathers have fought for for half a century and still don't receive. Basically, she was treated like a father who had successfully battled for year$ with ton$ of legal fee$ and a sympathetic judge. Women could serve in all female units. While they may less than useless in active combat roles, they could still serve to hold territory already taken by male soldiers. Say, maybe you post 5 times as many women to occupy territory as it took men to take it. Any kind of draft of women without putting them in harm's way will "free up" more men to become cannon fodder, while providing women with skills more easily transferable to civilian life. Coupled with a dominant female presence in colleges, t…

Simple. Feminists are massively organized, and have been so for almost 6 decades. They control the megaphone, and all feminists are virtually by definition gynocentric. Circa 1962 there was a subset of feminists who openly called for a War on Men, War on Masculinity, It's Our Turn. Although that rhetoric was quickly quashed to be replaced by the nebulous War on the Patriarchy, the early "gender warriors" gained ascendancy in the movement before the N.O.W. was born (6/30/66). To understand any ac…

More men gravitate towards self-deprecation and humor... This is important. Most successful comedians tend to be self-deprecating in content and body language. This is true of the most accomplished female comedians as well, think Phyllis Diller and Carol Burnett. Male-bashing aside, most women on the stage do not have this quality since all their lives they have been weaned on compliments. Show the audience humility or it will force feed you humiliation. And don't be afraid to bomb.

Just another nod to the Sisterhood's doctrine that males don't need or are not entitled to bodily modesty (cf. school physicals, prisons, sports locker rooms, the design of mens rooms, medical exams...) Note also that the objections voiced are on religious grounds or that they discriminate against women. Women are, of course, free to use them; but it is assumed that they, and not men, deserve their privacy. As in circumcision, there will be a certain segment of men who see in this an unalloyed b…

A feminist conference roughly 40 years ago (1978?) formally redefined "equality" (according to their doctrine) as female empowerment. The premise was that since females were "oppressed" in every sense relative to males anything that uplifted them--or took men down a peg--could be regarded as a step toward equality. They took this ideological pod into every NGO they infiltrated, and ultimately the U.N. By the 90s they even had one of their numbers Carol Bellamy heading UNICEF, where she pushed a …

People do, and have ALWAYS, taken women's complaints seriously, regardless how unfounded or trivial. And they have tripped over their own feet acting on said complaints. To imply that people don't is like implying that people are unaware of breast cancer. The added feminist element is that in any he said/she said conflict, the woman should be automatically believed. This is the mindset they're reaching for.

A reasonable design for the stalls would be to have them also have little side urinals inside, much like the Porta-Potties have. That combines the quickness of a urinal with the versatility of a toilet. Also, you don't have to worry about the female next door rating the strength and duration of your stream.

Feminists in the media have succeeded in adding incels to the profile of potential mass killers, another category of men now under suspicion--the lonely ones. In fact, I only recall one incel who killed about a half dozen people--forget the name. But even more nefarious is that the fems associate MRAs and MGTOW with incels, and using their weird syllogism, will in the future claim MRAs in the mass killer profile. Can see this happening in slow motion, but I have no idea how to stop it.

The case that went to the Supreme Court was over him not having a lawyer for a civil contempt hearing. A much better, and more comprehensive issue, would have been that there could be no contempt of court for actions that are involuntary. Hopefully, such a finding would immunize hundreds of thousands of men in jail who are simply incapable of paying. To succeed with such a strategy would probably require setting precedents in lower courts on cases not related to child support, for instance, some…

The media is owned by feminists They don't own the media--no need to--they run the media on anything even vaguely touching gender. Like women in general, feminism played the long game. Back in the late 60s, early 70s, N.O.W. berated the media, esp. the news media, about the lack of women. The major networks challenged/delegated N.O.W. and other fem groups to find them qualified women. And they did, packing the media with feminist ideologues. I question why this 14 year old disapproves of the 50/50 custody rather than the schedule. If moving every week is what bothers him, why no ask for that to renegotiated, maybe every 4 weeks. Also missing from the explanation is how far away the parents live. To me, the real cause of dissatisfaction is the competition of the 5-year-old stepsister for the father's affection. This needs to be added to the list of men's issues. Good luck with that. I've tried. Male modesty/sexual privacy--bathrooms, locker rooms, strip searches, medical modesty--has been continually downplayed in the MRM whenever brought up, just as MGM and intactivism had been 20 years ago. Ambivalent about the article. The feminist who wrote it did a reasonable job of listing the legal woes of Indian men, but did not even once acknowledge feminism's role in creating the situation. She blames The PatriarchyTM for creating the gender dynamics.

Any "gender neutral" bill that the feminists propose is a Trojan Horse. Like the supposedly gender neutral Title IX, any such law is open to interpretation and implementation by the more powerful and organized group. In the gender arena, the fems are a juggernaut. Point missed. The women are not real, but the psychological warfare is. Much of what is done to males is psychological warfare, from teachers treating young boys like patriarchs-in-training to implying that men are pedophiles and molestors to something like this. Sexual humiliation of men has been high on the wish list of radfems since the early 70s. This concept is a kind of gender Dred Scott decision: (in terms of sexual privacy) A Male Has No Rights A Female Need Respect. In fact, men's acquiescence to this intimate intrusion has emboldened that movement like no other "victory." Worse, after decades, we still roll over.

The legal work around to the debtor's prison argument is that the father is jailed for contempt of court--whether he is able or unable to pay the amount. What the MRM/FRM needs is to force a ruling that a person cannot be charged with contempt of court for involuntary actions. Of course, such an action cannot be brought in the context of child support without facing a counter by the enormous feminist legal machine. So we would need such a ruling in a case NOT related to c.s., for instance, a per…

As always in these cases of multi-use bathrooms, the elephant in the room is that boys/mens rooms have urinals. That fact alone makes the level of exposure and intrusion incomparable. Pre-op transsexuals or people who merely "identify" always have the option of changing their minds, but what specifically females view at urinals cannot be changed. Not so fast. Though simmering for decades, the full-fledged War on Males didn't really take off until the early 90s. The jury is still out, but don't expect the genderites to study feminism's role in anything negative, much less male suicide. Let's hear it, The Patriarchy Hurts Men Too.
/r/MensRights06/04/19 03:20 PM

The suicide rate for men seems to follow the provider/protector role that society has imposed on men, so you suicide levels tracking economic downturns (provider) and PTSD in the aftermath of war (protector). What's interesting is how the male/female rate got its closest at 1970, mainly caused by a spike in female suicide. Isn't this about the time the "crazy women's libbers" reborn feminists finally started convincing women that they were oppressed?

Interestingly, White males accounted for 77.97% of suicide deaths in 2017, mostly middle aged white men. Men committed suicide 3.45 times as often as women, which does tend to blow up the "white, or male privilege" argument. By my reckoning, there are 3 elements that contribute to the majority of suicides: 1) hopelessness and despair--no escape 2) lack of emotional support--you're on your own, fella 3) abrupt unexpected decline in circumstances--didn't see that comin', didja Element #2 largely a…

Due to divorce and the subsequent parent-dectomy, not to mention P.A.S., many older men have lost touch with or never been allowed to have a relationship with their children, so that's one support system down. There is a big qualitative difference between Girls ACTING Catty and Boys ARE Dogs. The former addresses a subgroup of girls (viz. IMO, this proposed law is a step in the right direction. However, while men and women are equal under the law, they are not equal before the law, cf., "pussy pass." Case in point, look at the penalties the law is contemplating regarding the Jussie Smollett travesty, an obnoxious but victim-less crime. They're poised to throw the book at him. Contrast that to the penalties face by the women who had innocent men thrown in prison for years. A slap on the wrist.
/r/MensRights05/03/19 03:52 PM

The problem is: There is no way of knowing what percentage of false accusers actually recant; it could be very small. We don't even have reliable stats on what percentage of accusations are false. In practical terms, if the number of recanters is very small, then the number of potential false accusers who will be deterred far overwhelms the recanters who will be discouraged. In moral terms, justice will be done. Overall, I like the arc of the proposed Montana law.

These are people who'd fact-check whether water was actually wet, yet they unblinkingly swallow any claim that feminists make; and this phenomenon crosses just about any political or ideological divide. I first noticed this attitude getting emerging in the early 70s. One of the classics i…

A funny thing about the feminist reaction to Trump's "grab em by the pussy" was that once, and only once, did they condemn his statement about watching undressed pageant contestants. Only once. But the "pussy" comment was criticized thousands of times. Why? Because someone might have countered with the sports locker room situation. Clever.

Men have been conditioned from an early age to have thick skin, and conversely, women have been conditioned to have thin skin. It starts as far back infancy when some mothers resist picking up a crying boy, a very effective method of teaching him that he can't get what he wants by crying. Baby girls get the opposite message. To a certain extent, MGM is an even earlier and more drastic message that the world is dangerous place, full of pain that he will have to deal with. And...studies have shown…

Exactly. Women get to define sexual experiences both for males and females, always to their advantage, of course. Woman barges into the men's room and checks out men at the urinal while waiting for a stall: I had to go. Woman reporter checks out naked men in the locker room: I had to do my job. Nurse invites unnecessary females (including the receptionist) in while prepping an exposed male patient: You don't have anything we all haven't seen before. Woman breastfeeds in public: It's all good unl…

F--k the #MeToo movement: If the degree of female-on-male voyeurism and forced nudity of males was registered as sexual abuse, the stats on female-on-male abuse would increase exponentially. For pretty much a century this form of perversion has plagued males from cradle to grave to such an extent that it is virtually seen as the norm. Growing up in the 50s/60s was like a CFNM (Clothed Female, Naked Male) nightmare. Today society only considers tactile violations (touching) as sexual assault--unl…

What's she's asking for is feminist research, you know, fem-stats, fem-data, fem-interpretations. Such a research would look at the aggregate numbers and come to the conclusion that women are discriminated against. There would be no breakdown on the basis of profession, seniority, productivity, what have you, just a survey with a foregone feminist conclusion. Personally, I'm surprised she didn't ask for N.O.W. to be commissioned to prove the existence of the Patriarchy.

The concept of intersectionality is generally rejected around here. I find this is a very disingenuous statement. While the term "intersectionality" is rejected, quite often--almost daily--one encounters posts on the tribulations of being a white male. This is a kind of backdoor intersectionality that bewilders men of color.

Disturbingly neither the article nor the comments following it mention the word "feminism," the source of this attack on due process. A few of the comments even take up the mushy definition of "sexual assault," and how a mere grope is conflated with rape, and still no mention of feminism and how the fems fought to muddy the waters to their advantage. It really amazes and dismays me how thoroughly that toxic ideology can hide from the general public.

Drafting women would only lead to a semblance of equality if they were being drafted into combat. An influx of women into the non-combatant roles would "free up" more men to be drafted into the meat grinder. The women would get valuable training for their return to civilian life while even more men would get chewed up on the frontlines and return to civilian life with combat training, combat wounds and ptsd. The 70% figure for female-to-male unilateral violence is for significance violence not love taps. Stating that females are more prone to cross-gender violence in Western culture does not imply that females are naturally more violent, only that their upbringing grants them more license and that for the minority of males and females who exercise violence against the opposite sex, female violence is therefore more prevalent.

The workaround is that failure to pay child support is considered "contempt of court," skirting the whole debtors' prison thing. A strategy for the MRM is to find a non-child support contempt of court related case that doesn't involve money. Say, a documented sufferer of Tourette's was unfairly held in contempt for outbursts. It's all the feminist influence. When I did K-12 during the 50s and 60s, I had 2 male elementary school teachers, only 2 women in grades 7-9 and only 2 women in high school. In the late 60s feminists actually took a shot at having feminism taught in schools. They were laughed at and told to shove it. Unfortunately, most students that go through the accusation-mill at university cannot afford a lawyer. That very reason is why the number of accusation victims who sue their colleges is small. It's the tip of iceberg, the 1%. If the poster cannot afford an attorney, the only practical thing to do is see what he can get out of the Coordinator, in writing if possible, and look into other sources.

It's not over in the slightest, while incredibly good news... Thank you. We're so used to bad news that we always tend to celebrate prematurely. True, this is a step in the right direction, but... The decree leaves it up to individual universities whether or not to adopt the tried and true "clear and convincing" standard that had formerly been in place. It doesn't undo the kangaroo courts staffed by feminists and their familiars. Nor does it provide clear guidelines as to the presentation of evi…

Call me a pessimist, but if Trump and the majority of men in the House and Senate are themselves circumcised, then I don't see the petition getting much traction. Maybe if it got 400,000 signatures... A pity, cause MGM is a very serious men's issue. Because of the plasticity of the human brain, things that happen to one at a younger age cast the larger, more enduring shadow on the individual's subconscious. Can you imagine the subconscious impact this agony has on the psyche of a newborn!

Women will take a more positive approach while men, after a couple of knock-backs, will shrivel up. They are easily disillusioned; women are better at brushing themselves off. Yep. Let's do a little role reversal: "Well, she's taken me to dinners and places I like to go. Spent a little money. She was on, trying to impress me. This could be a result of the truth widely being revealed in Cassie Jaye's documentary. The Times is trying to get ahead of the story. It still doesn't mention the 10,000 boys killed or abducted, doing so would indict their own ignoring of the issue for years. (Sadly, only one commenter mentioned it--briefly.) So the article tugs on the heartstrings, and rightly so, but doesn't address how widespread the issue is or the gendered aspect, and certainly not the gendered aspect of the issue internat…

Saw the same commercial myself several times over the last couple days, and it pissed me off to no end. Nationwide the education system is failing boys and losing male teachers right and left. Boys are losing out at every stage of the educational experience, solution: more encouragement for girls; receding male staff, solution: celebrate the complete domination of fe…

NO LIE BROTHER! In the 80s/90s, I was heavily involved in the most active fathers' rights organization in NYC (maybe the nation). This bitch was the scourge of fathers' rights. On TV she's snarky, on the bench she was just downright mean. Fathers trembled in her courtroom. Biased is too weak a term; she was more like a misandrous hangin-judge. Reminds me of an episode of PBS' ScienceTech Now that aired close to a year ago. They briefly interviewed a black female tech expert on the efforts to bring diversity to the tech world. At one point she quipped that the company's idea of diversity was simply to bring in more white women. The show aired on Friday and was re-broadcasted on Saturday. What amazes me is that most comments on this issue jump between "preponderance of the evidence" all the way to "beyond a reasonable doubt," skipping over what the Dear Colleague letter actually replaced, "clear and convincing evidence." Even if the left wakes up, I don't see what they could possibly do. The first part of awakening is to see that they've embraced the sexist cancer of feminism. One thing I don't fully understand about an open bathroom law is whether it applies to post-op transgender people or people who merely "identify" with a certain gender: "Oh, this week I definitely feel kinda male, so I'll use the mens rooms, check the wavers at the urinals, then use the stall. A strong MRM could make the case that contempt of court on its face cannot be involuntary--e.g., a defendant in custody couldn't be held in contempt for a hiccup fit even if the judge ordered quiet--with the burden of proof on the judge to sh…

Feminist judges are like the Klan judges of the South in the '30s. Only difference is their victims are different, usually. It is telling that Judge Ronnie Abrams, who rendered this execrable ruling, was recommended to the federal bench by none other than Sen. Kirsten "All Men Are Rapists" Gillibrand. Thus a feminist with power in one realm spreads that misandric power in another.

Not an MRA... I cannot understand why people who agree virtually point by point with the MRM, see gynocentrism as a far greater problem than androcentrism, fret over the unfair situation that males find themselves in worldwide, and are staunchly anti-feminist, all seem to run from describing themselves as MRAs, which, BTW, can mean Advocate as well as Activist. The reason why the top feminists are, and will remain, silent on the issue is because the current trend is precisely what they've been aiming for. They could care less about uplifting society, just ensuring women's relative dominance in whatever society becomes. They are perfectly aware that their actions weaken societies as a whole; this is why they've stepped up their program internationally, esp. in the third world. Although the article is an improvement on the typical NYT fare regarding gender, it could not address the crisis in boys' education without throwing the usual sop about girls' lack of achievement in S.T.E.M. Raising awareness is necessary but not sufficient. Time is of the essence. MRAs never seem to realize just how desperate our situation really is. When women cost a system more money we have to fix it (healthcare) When men cost a system more money then it's just them practically begging for an increase in how much they pay. -----AND THIS----- What people aren't realizing however is that you could use just about any arbitrary data set you like. Precisely. Case closed.

All of network television is feminist (not merely pro-feminist), but CBS leads the pack. Not just their news but nearly all of their programming has a fem-slant to it. The female anchor you're referring to is Norah O'Donnell, the titular Queen Bee of morning news and a feminazi to her heart. (Charlie Rose is the quintessential white knight, and Gayle King is comic relief.)

Is this what feminist encountered when the movement was starting up? No. Only the shrill, man-hating radfems--militant women's libbers as they were then called--were met with derision. The moderate feminists were listened to if not always agreed with. The "moderates" were more circumspect about their agenda, mostly engaging only legitimate concerns, esp. with the advent of N.O.W. They sought and gained respectability.

Exactly. I've been proselytizing for over 20 years. Maybe you strike up a conversation with a stranger at a bar, park, bus stop, whatever, and sometimes, without any conscious manipulation on your part, something related to gender comes up organically in the mantalk. Give your observation. More likely than not, you will find agreement. One on one, out of the gaze of women--or other men--most dudes don't go white knight on you. Females will indulge in every bad behavior that males will as long as the risk factor is low. Pedophilia is just another example: Women will eschew prowling in a windowless van, but are quite willing to sexually exploit males under their power. Exploiting young males for prurient or voyeuristic purpose is as old as the hills.

I was more shocked to find that our judge, who was once stern and forceful bought into this line of thinking, completely failed to enforce her own orders I suspect that one of the feminist "court watching" groups or "family organizations" noted the young judge's attempts at fairness and read her the riot act. From the 60s, feminism sought control of two important institutions: the media and academia. In the latter case their attempt to introduce their teachings into K-12 never got off the ground, so eventually, through the vehicle of women studies, they did an end run around that obstacle by co-opting academia on the college level. They had far more immediate success with the media: taking over the offices of Cosmo and Rat magazines, enticing disaffected female reporters whose careers were crippled b…

Problem is that men will not be the first complainant in cases of mutually drunken sex. At best they will try a counter charge after the accusation. The counter charge would carry far less weight. And even should the initial charge be made by a male student, the feminist--why mince words--tribunal would never find the female student culpable, and just might encourage her counter charge...which would be successful. Short of some kind of class action challenge, I don't see a way out for men. (Here…

This means that it would affect students off campus as well. It will not affect a student having sex with a non-student off campus, so it's still practical for male students to have sex but avoid the co-eds. Unfortunately, as the system is set up, a female student need not even to have shaken hands with a male student to make a false accusation. Given the make up of the star chamber tribunal, a conviction is all but assured.

The upshot of this whole feminist initiative is to reduce/eliminate and/or criminalize the entire male population on campus while at the same time inflating rape statistics and increasing their funding, i.e., win-win. In addition, it tightens their control of academia, esp. since they will strongly influence the tribunals, if not outright run them. There are no unintended consequences to their plans for domination. The odd lawsuit--even a deluge of them--are merely an annoyance that administrati…

@stuebea: Like defining rape as penetration and ignoring envelopment, female sexual abuse is defined out of existence. For years the feminists fought to change the FBI definition of rape to be strictly penetration, thereby effacing female-on-male rape (envelopment). Female-on-male rape has been downgraded to sexual abuse, misconduct, or some damn thing. Everything you mention the MRM is doing. My only beef with your statement is a distancing from anti-feminists and misogynists It is beyond naive to equate anti-feminism with misogyny. This is a statement of someone wholly unfamiliar with what organized feminism has and is doing. It's like saying anti-Klan equals anti-white.

Less is spent keeping men safe in the workplace than in making sure that they do not ogle women. Compare the budget of OSHA to the amount of money wasted on sexual harassment enforcement.

The MRM takes the position that male-on-female rape culture does not exist; despite the occasional sly joke between individuals, society as a whole uniformly condemns it. However, anyone-on-male rape is dismissed, diminished, or commonly seen as humor by society at large. Institutions downplay it, comics use it as fodder, the media sees underaged males as "getting lucky," and criminal justice treats it with a slap on the wrist and a kiss on the forehead. If you want to see the real "rape culture…

Feminism is not seen as a hate group because of the media. The media is not pro-feminist, the media is feminist. Their infiltration into the media occurred 4 decades ago, '72 to be exact. After a decade they were senior enough to make feminist ideology a criterion for hire. Especially in television. (See Warren Farrell Women Can't Hear What Men Don't Say, p. 294, "the Sisterhood of the Tube, or the Class of '72."

I sincerely wonder though how feminist plan to deal with the problem of false accusations The ability to make unquestioned false accusations is a weapon that feminists forged for women. If anything, the fems are annoyed that women don't deploy the weapon as often as they'd like. Like the "sexual assault crisis" on the campus and in the military, the intent is not to fashion a shield for women but a weapon. Whether one wants to believe it or not, this is a War on Males.

Yet another article on the feminized classroom, but never a mention of the feminist classroom. Also, as I stated there are a whole boatload of non-combat support roles women could be required to enter into should selective service be enacted. For decades feminism has been fashioning weapons intended to give every woman power over every man. (Hotel maid takes down the head of IMF and potential presidential candidate, anyone?) Unlike a racial disparity in, say, bus drivers, a lack of black doctors has a real impact on the delivery of health and medical services in black communities. Doctors tend to cluster in their communities of origin, leaving some areas woefully underserved. (The gender of support staff also affects the degree to which the sexes seek medical care.) Education, plain old K-12, is the key. In young black males one sees the real intersectionality of race and gender. This is all part of the feminist long-game to reduce the number of males in academia, to create a two-tiered education system with males of any age permanently on the bottom. The really hard task for the MHRM is to nail feminism to these misandric practices. The mailed fist of feminism is very difficult to reveal behind the silk glove. You can convince people, at least conscious people, of the discrimination against males, but good luck trying to show the womyn who are really behind it.

We already see how females have overtaken males in many fields of education, which is not surprising seeing how there many special girl-only things to improve the chances of girls. On youtube, Warren Farrell puts his finger on it during the first minute: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMhVS5EDSHI] It's almost like a conspiracy. But that's all just batshit crazy talk, isn't it? No, actually it isn't; it's the red pill, and don't let anyone--including our more milquetoast MRAs--try to tinfoil hat you for the truth. As early as the late 60s, feminists tried to introduce that toxic ideology into K-12, and they were firmly rebuffed. But they don't give up; their incursion into academia in the early 70s gave them an end-run around the obstacle: simply indoctrinate the future teachers with women studies. They were/are perfect…

You've pinpointed one of the MRM's longterm weaknesses: gender does NOT map onto race. Declaring that it does is one of the first con jobs that feminism produced, using minorities, esp. black folks, as human shields. That is how the fems got away with putting poor, "oppressed," middleclass white women in the same category as impoverished innercity minorities. I understand the shock value of the substitution of race for gender, but under no circumstances believe that it's actually valid.

The double standard on male modesty, along with the "don't hit girls" dictum, is the one that most young boys notice. Of course, as they grow, they become familiar with other such discrimination. The MRM is pass due commenting on this. G.R.R. Martin himself was disgusted that the show's creators changed the scene to a rape scene. The cynical part of me thinks that they deliberately changed the scene because "rape culture" is presently so topical. The perhaps paranoid part of me thinks that a nod to "rape culture" was added to the script by feminists (or pro-feminists) just to provoke such a reaction. Maybe it was SUGGESTED to them.

Basically, this is what happens, and will happen, until the MRM has a physical, boots-on-the-ground presence instead of only a cyber presence. Any individual, not matter the resources or how just the cause, will ultimately fail against the organization. This is why the most egregious injustices can occur against males. Any situation where a woman has power over a child (ie. any caretaking situation) may well lead to sexual abuses by some women. Like, for instance, the former situation where (boys swam naked in schools)[http://www.topix.com/forum/education/TL4651BLHH62I0J4L] gave female teachers access to boys of all ages. Not to mention some of the dreaded school physicals.

And this sexual abuse only counts the statutory rape kind of abuse. Boys in these detention centers have their modesty and privacy violated by female staff in the most egregious ways, virtually becoming a strip show, entertaining humiliation for the perversions of the female staff. Girls are protected from this type of sexual exploitation.

These outrages never seem to have obvious feminist fingerprints, but we always have the nebulous "women's groups" involved: And *the charity Rape Crisis*, which operates throughout England and Wales, said they were "outraged" a woman was being criminalised for choosing not to pursue her case. Look into programs that are designed to improve the performance of girls in school. According to Warren Farrell, just the federal listing of girl-only programs is three inches thick—this doesn't count the state, local, and private programs. Alas, it is from this point on that an important gender discussion devolves into a racial one, just like so many discussions of men's issues. For my money, introducing racial themes without fully exploring the socio-economic ones not only derails the discourse but is border-line trolling, albeit unintentionally.

The effects of feminist educational policy and grrl-power programs increase as one goes further down the socio-economic scale. Wealth has always been an excellent insulation from sexism. On the other hand, for the impoverished and socially discouraged, programs have a disparate impact, often the only positive in a bleak landscape. Now make these programs for only one gender, administered by only one gender—the same gender that dominates the household, btw—and you get results like black women att…

That's because the wage gap is due to the personal choices of adult women. The education gap is due to K-12 discrimination foisted on helpless boys: thousands of all-girl programs, women studies–indoctrinated teachers touting grrl-power, low expectations and low tolerance for boys, unequal punishment for similar infractions, and an overall scholastic attitude from day one that boys are somehow defective. "Why shouldn't they be considered defective? Men are the reason for all of the world's ills.…

It really doesn't matter what the classical definition of feminism is. It is whatever organized feminism is doing. Organized feminism determines what we mean by the word, and it ain't equality.

The article is pure feminist apologetics. So, you believe feminism is a hate movement cleverly disguised as an equality movement? Who are you going to believe, me or your lyin' eyes? Female empowerment at the expense of men is a common denominator of ALL feminism regardless of "flavor."

Reading through the comments on that article, I noticed that everyone seemed to have their pet theory on why the discrepancy of NFL support for breast vs. prostate cancer. There's quite a bit (purposely) inaccurate about that statement considered that nearly all peer-reviewed DV research shows that the numbers for men and women victims is roughly equal...and women perpetrate around 70% of non-reciprocal DV. Martin Fiebert did a metanalysis of over 200 peer-reviewed studies ranging over 30 years with an aggregate sample in the hundred thousands: http://www.csulb.edu/~mfiebert/assault.htm Femstats (lies) are harder to kill than bedbugs and just as prolific.

Actually there was a cadre of feminists who deliberately portrayed men negatively and women as great. According to Warren Farrell's Women Can't Hear What Men Don't Say (p.294): "the Sisterhood of the Tube," as they called themselves, had a feminist mission. Alternately known as the "Class of '72" (the year the Equal Opportunity Act first gave women an affirmative action edge), they solidified the feminization of television during the '80s and '90s. Since then, women have gained enormous power in…

There is a large contigent of feminists in psychology and psychiatry, not to mention sociology. Esp. sociology. Much of the non-peer reviewed crap that marginalizes men is spun by this sisterhood. And once individual fem "researchers" gain undeserved prominence, they certify the BS produced by other fems, increasing their ideological body of work. Of course, this incestuous endorsing by fems of the work of other fems has nothing to do with the quality of the science, but everything to do with th…

Many MRAs accuse judges, prosecutors, and legislators of being manginas and white knights. Many of them are. But this case highlights something I've been saying for a while: many of their actions are coerced; while we've rightly condemned their deeds, we've ignored the woman (feminism) behind the curtain and the part our own lack of organization/power has played. If there was an article that railed against hoodectomy and a bunch of men mocked it, supporting that operation—preferably without anathesia, of course—women would call them a bunch of misogynists. By generalizing the concept of anonymity the specific type of harm caused by a rape accusation is diluted. Other than sex crimes, in no other case is the accuser granted anonymity. This in itself creates an unlevel playing field that rises to injustice. Once an accusation is made and publicized, the defendant is de facto placed on an informal lifetime sex offender list since his name can be googled by any prospective employer, etc. He is punished by accusation. Other crimes do not rise to this d…

1) Absent re-education, the average U.S. man still believes that men are privileged vis a vis women; so even organizing men, much less creating a political party, is like herding cats. 2) There is presently no vehicle for educating men on men's issues. The only widely disseminated info is fem ms.information. 3) Any party that Chapin would be a part of would have to be (far) rightwing.

Bottom line is that women are upset by (and thus, apologize for) more petty shit than men do. This is symptomatic of any privileged class: truly minor stuff ticks them off. But it is not biological. Women who have to struggle as hard as men, from societies that do not cuddle them, would find the complaints of Western women just as trivial and insignificant as Western men do.

The anti-male prejudices of female teachers due to feminist indoctrination has been known for over 20 years but kept quiet. Previously there had only been anecdotal evidence, but for the first time documentation is emerging—thank God!—and we finally have research to cite. The point is not reporters in the men's locker room, it's FEMALE reporters in the men's locker room. And no, women did not have to have equal access. That's bullshit. A single feminist judge decided in 1978 that women ought to have access and had the pussified league decided to appeal they'd have won hands down. The public was aghast (though I suspect women were secretly delighted). No other single act emboldened modern feminism to demand any and everything and expect men to hand it over. It was…

But there were a few good comments. This one by DEV: But this is just another attack on the privacy of men by women. Women want to go into the male restrooms while men are in there using them, but do not want men going into theirs. The same with the locker rooms. Oxfam is notorious for providing women-only services. I don't believe the $40B is solely—maybe not even primarily—for pregnancy and childbirth. Though the eight goals are presented in a gender-neutral manner, to date they have not been implemented as such. Reading the comments shows just how ignorant and clueless the average person is about gender issues. The mystery is not how poorly black male students are doing vis a vis their white counterparts—the problems of black America are legion—but rather, how badly they lag behind black females. Seems like everyone is missing the point. It is not really the point whether or not a man has Good Judgment™ in choosing women; here in the Anglosphere the marital laws and practices hand wives ALL OF THE POWER. A husband's access to his kids, ownership of his home, even right to future income, may be even his freedom, is his ONLY at the sufferance of his wife. Esp. if he has children, his entire life is at the discretion of his wife. This needs changing!

Doctors will routinely use 19-yr-old female medical assistants who were flipping burgers just 6 months ago to "take notes" and "assist" in the nude physicals of men. In virtually any area where male nudity is involved, females—both women and girls—demand this access. Formerly, female teachers in locker rooms and boys being forced to swim nude. Reporters are only allowed in WNBA (or other women's locker rooms) for 1/2 hr. The reason given is so women can shower and dress in peace. Ain't that some shit! Men's locker rooms are open as long as the athletes are there, and a female reporter doesn't even have to interview anyone, she can just enjoy the view. Well, I suppose a certain fraction of the CS could be in debit card form, only usable for designated purchases. Sorta like W.I.C. stipends. Yeah, the more I look at the idea, the more impractical it looks, pretty much like holding a concert for world peace.

I've liked the idea since we've had the technology to do it. The debit card need not restrict the purchases—that would be a bureaucratic nightmare—but what it would do is document the amount spent on the child. If she used the child support on car payments for her BF or breast implants, it would register. In addition, a fair system would annually deduct the amount not spent on the child from the next year's CS obligation. That way if the payee spent 20% on Prada bags, next year she would get 80%…

With the statute of limitations for ACCUSATIONS of rape being even a month, there would be only a longshot that the physical evidence of SEXUAL INTERCOURSE, much less evidence of rape, still existed at that time. By allowing a considerable amount of time to lapse between alleged rape and reporting, the system ensures that the case will devolve into he said/she said. But nowadays a woman's accusation alone is sufficient to ruin if not always convict a man, so granting her this leeway guarantees t…
