| 34 | Only feminist Sources allowedIt's because if you take a very high level look and just add up the total amount of money earned by men vs the total amount of money earned by women then there is a huge "wage gap". Obviously the issue isn't that men are paid more, but that women overwhelming take time off to have kids. Women actually make more than men until they get to an age where they typically start having children (late 20's-early 30's). The "wage gap" will be a thing until men can get pregnant and give birth.
