I think having paternity tests being a common, if not required, part of having a baby would be a good thing. At the same time, I do not think this future will become reality until the technology develops. I know that tests can be incredibly accurate. From that last source, the majority of the tests are conducted at only two laboratories. There is no way these labs could keep prices at 100$ if you went from having less than a couple hundred thousand tests to almost two million each. I mean, even to me it'd be great in theory, but implementing paternity tests for every single newborn because of the actions of a select group of women...? I don't know. Sex should be a consensual choice between two people, regardless of gender. I'm sure people will still play the flash game, but taking it out of the App Store definitely makes sense to me.
