Why Looks Don't Matteroh definitely, I'm projecting my thoughts which create my reality, but after years of this type of thought process, it's gonna take some time to get out of it, which I'm hoping to at some point either way, it's a interesting discussion to have :) | /r/seduction | 20/08/12 01:43 AM
Why Looks Don't Matterwell the idea of attraction, and being it, I can see it being applied from attitude, personality, clothing, fitness, but if I like a girl with a pretty face, and my face is ugly, well then it seems that I would be out of luck no? Just from my view, it seems as though facial aesthetics are what knock me down every time. I actually don't have experience to back this opinion up, it's just my personal opinion on how I feel/look. | /r/seduction | 20/08/12 01:36 AM
Why Looks Don't Matterdoing okay, still struggling with the whole idea of being ugly and interacting with others in a social manner, especially women. At times I think I give it too much power over my life. | /r/seduction | 20/08/12 12:59 AM
Why Looks Don't MatterI'd really like to believe in that, keyword believe... however, from a more general social point of view, I can agree with the whole projection part. Just based on how I speak/interact/posture/vibe I give off with the others, it's completely negative, but I always thought it was hidden, that to others I just looked normal, until my therapist pretty much called me out on all of it within 1 hour... | /r/seduction | 20/08/12 12:50 AM

I am ugly as sin, not to mention mentally, want to do a 180, what can I do?thanks a lot for that, your words definitely helped. Yea I agree with the future part, and I want to work towards it, but just find hard to not keep regretting my mistakes so far. Awesome advice. | /r/seduction | 22/07/12 03:35 PM
I am ugly as sin, not to mention mentally, want to do a 180, what can I do?my therapist trended on the same question, I really don't know to be honest, which makes it even more tough I suppose. | /r/seduction | 22/07/12 03:33 PM
I am ugly as sin, not to mention mentally, want to do a 180, what can I do?thanks been told that before, accepting things as facts that might not actually be. Not sure if I am as ugly as I think I am, but just thinking like this only hurts I suppose. | /r/seduction | 21/07/12 12:58 AM

I am ugly as sin, not to mention mentally, want to do a 180, what can I do?"Turn your life around right now. Tomorrow, start working out and do not ever look back, i repeat, do NOT EVER LOOK BACK. Just look forward and be consistent as hell" THAT, I feel. Looking back has done shit for me to be honest to this point. Either I look back to what I messed up ( i.e. that girl I really liked), or I live in the few good moments I've had in the past. Definitely time to start living for the now and future. | /r/seduction | 21/07/12 12:56 AM
I am ugly as sin, not to mention mentally, want to do a 180, what can I do?thanks a lot for that. As I mentioned, my therapist initially noticed that I was harsh on myself in regards to how I look. However, after further discussion, she asked me in a very sympathetic way, "why are you so harsh to yourself in every aspect of your life?". Not sure how it got this bad, but this year, I'm trying to fix it. | /r/seduction | 21/07/12 12:54 AM
I am ugly as sin, not to mention mentally, want to do a 180, what can I do?haven't taken a picture over a year (license) and have none on my computer. I've seen pictures before, far away I look okay I'd say, it's the ones that get close up that I feel really start to show the "ugly as sin" part. | /r/seduction | 19/07/12 11:40 PM
I am ugly as sin, not to mention mentally, want to do a 180, what can I do?thanks for that, definitely agree with the interest part, which is what I'm trying to do sort of by engaging in new hobbies I always wanted to before | /r/seduction | 19/07/12 04:57 AM
I'll be your nemesis.that's great, but what can a person like me to, um, to put it lightly, is absolutely ugly in regards to my face? | /r/seduction | 30/05/12 05:56 PM
Why "Be Yourself" is the Best Advicejust to let you know, I've bookmarked your comment and have read it every day practically since. I'm going this week to purchase Psycho Cybernetics as I've seen it mentioned multiple times before to me when I discuss my problems. Thank you. but I still have one more question, what if I am truly ugly, then what? I don't see how there is any chance for any person to ever be attracted to me, and that's one of the things that really hurts me and keeps me in this self loathing state. Hell, forget abo… | /r/seduction | 23/05/12 03:25 AM
Why "Be Yourself" is the Best Advicewhat a great post, something I feel that should be shared beyond r/seduction. For myself, the last few years have been hard due to some social anxiety issues stemming from my belief that I am a hideous looking monster. When I first developed these issues, I slowly started killing my social life for I was too afraid to go out. Now, I'm extremely scared just to be in a room with people due to my thoughts of how I look. Past year, I was in a group for a class, and there was one girl in it who I dev… | /r/seduction | 17/05/12 12:21 AM
"Never let shyness conquer your mind"Well said. I'm not a regular here (probably my 2nd time coming to r/seduction), but having anxiety when it comes to a multitude of situations, and always being afraid/thinking of the worse, I can see how her philosophy can be applied throughout one's life for the better. | /r/seduction | 16/01/12 07:09 AM
