Life pro tip comin at ya. As men and women, we must wait until the chemical novelty of limerence wears off. Once that happens, and if you are both still madly in love, I suggest moving in with each other for a year. Be vulnerable even if that means simply saying “I feel vulnerable right now”, see how your future partner reacts. To all of you, don’t react unless it’s with compassion and empathy. An inability to accept you while you’re vulnerable is a flag. Marriage is an emotionally intimate deci…

The last sentence isn’t the only thing that voids the whole comment but I see what you’re saying.

You get some time to think and sit in this, because you’re allowed to feel how you do. This world is so damn hard but, for a second, if your suspend this thinking and focus on your kid(s), you might see this as just the reckoning you need to step up. Life is definitely not fair, but it never has been for anybody; positive or negative. I wish you and your family good health, wealth, and little luck and love.

Check your state laws. California drafted a law that one side can go forward with the divorce without timely signature by the other. This may not be possible for you as you as you have a child and a custody agreement needs to be included. Definitely agree with the above in getting papers rolling and signed either way. I just went through this without children and it was all done in six months, as she wouldn’t sign. I don’t have kids though… Depending on amicability, it still may be able to move …

Same though, but I digress. Look, you’ve got a two year old, and though while I’m not in favor of the normal stay together for the kids sake idea, you two clearly love each other enough to at least seek treatment with the right therapist. This will give you both a chance to be honest with each other. Thank your lucky stars it was chlamydia and not something that carries a lifelong stigmata. The way I see it, you’ve got a chance to really fall in love again while learning to communicate and raise…

It does feel dogmatic.

First of all, I was speaking to OP all along. The person who wrote the original post. Dating women under twenty feels wrong once one hits 25. If not. That’s problematic and worthy of study by a psychiatrist and psychologist. Personally, I think people should have to take a pedophilic test to renew their state ID cards every 10 years.

You and I agree on very little if you’re calling me “dude” and repeat yourself so many times over.

The funny part is, that they are emotionally more mature than the man who’s attempting to do this.

Bruh. Adult men who are attracted to teens, usually seek out younger and younger women as time passes. That’s super fucked up. But not the point. The point is that it’s not ok to spend time looking at girls if you are over 18. When I say “girls”, that means under the legal age. To whomever believes that the age of puberty is where the word pedophilia stops… That’s incorrect. Here’s why. We are a nation of laws and we as women and men have evolved to understand concepts differently over time. Ped…

These are called healthy boundaries. They have put up a boundary within Reddit that doesn’t allow for anything less than thoughtful conversation. It’s a safe space always. I have no problem interacting there. I also don’t criticize women. I don’t criticize anyone. I might be direct, but I’m not offering a criticism. I’ll rip apart an idea anytime. People typically are harder on themselves than anyone else could be.

Here’s the issue with your post. This study shouldn’t have been done AND you should have a filter on your brain not to talk about it in the r/antifeminists subreddit. There is one river for reality. It flows forward but it doesn’t create more smaller rivers leading off of it on its own. Humans do that when our brains cognitively distort reality due to trauma. I contend that you put this up on purpose to aggravate others. This sub is a cognitive distortion in itself. While most people are moving …

I don’t drink, but I respect the idea fully. Alcohol has always given me a headache. I thought maybe I’d just start microdosing mushrooms.

Everyone loves an apology that contains “sorry, but...”.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
