I don't subscribe to his podcast for this very reason. I am very selective about which ones I download and listen to. I haven't finished this whole podcast yet, I'll probably finish tomorrow. But I think part of the reason joe wants to move on is because it's not super interesting to dwell on one particular situation for the whole podcast. Joe is an interviewer and part of his job is to keep things moving along, whereas it can be quite easy for the average person to just get stuck on one talking point. Having kids if you can support them should be a right, but you shouldn't be surprised when your kids are taken away from you because you are neglectful or abusive. Being a good parent is a big responsibility that you need to accept if you decide to have a kids.

The headline I see is "APD- woman pours boiling water on boyfriend, injures child" Sounds like a fucked up story about a crazy lady, but I'm not sure it has much to do with the boyfriend being mistreated (I mean, besides being burned).
