I don't believe the economic argument because previous generations have had it worse than we have. The difference is people no longer value marriage and see having a family as optional and even hate the idea of raising a child - aka cultural decline.

Specific advice would be suggesting cognitive-behavioral therapy to most struggling men because working on behaviors and 'actionable' items is better geared for men. Just saying "get therapy" is not sufficient because most guys do not find satisfying in talking about their emotions; they are problem-solving driven.

I have a weird perspective of this as a man. In my last relationship, I was the one who did not want sex. My significant other, a woman, wanted to have sex all the time. At the beginning of our relationship, we did have sex all the time. However, a dead bedroom is usually indicative of something wrong in the relationship.
