Tell her mom (if she called back) that you don't want to see her and that she needs to get help. Let her know that you didn't want her to hurt herself but that you haven't changed your mind. Get an app and record any phone call you have with anybody regarding this situation. I doubt legal action will come from this but these things should help make your case even stronger. I would refuse to talk to the girl for a while. All communication goes through her mom/whatever. If asked why say it's cause…
