If you make it clear to the cops that the woman is attacking you and you didn't touch her back she will go to jail. I know this from experience, my man. From personal experience seeing a guy get a chunk of his arm bitten off and punched in the head/face until he finally snapped and punched the girl three times in the side of the head (not even hard enough to leave a bruise) ended up going to jail for it.
