It’s a long road mate, good days, bad days.. Don’t put it on yourself, vent again if you need to. We are all here, you will need us again that’s for sure.. one day at a time, I’m 9 months in and it’s still up and down every day.,

Yep I barely sleep at all, 9 months moved out. Some nights are better but it’s a difficult change.

The living alone bit is both amazing freedom and extreme loneliness. Mine was 28 years, 6 months in I both enjoy it, and hate it. It’s a tough road mate, but sounds like you need to do it.

I’m just making sure I get through today, then tomorrow. Each day as it comes. Take it easy on yourself mate.

It does get better mate, don’t be too hard on yourself. Find something, I’ve started walking at night. Force yourself into other things. Take care and continue to vent on here if you need mate.

It will get worse mate, but then it will get better, one day at a time. No drastic decisions, just get through the days until you start to focus again. Take care.

No right answer mate. I felt the same, but instead of the year of therapy I left. I regret it, I wish I’d done therapy, but I honestly don’t believe it would fix the issues much similar to yours anyway, deep down I think I’d be in the same position now anyway. In the end she wouldn’t touch me at all, but still loved me. It just wasn’t enough. Stay strong bud..

Same, it’s very difficult to manage.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
