1	I'm 28F, and have really internalised the idea of "The Wall" to the point it's making me unable to enjoy life or do day-to-day tasks or feel motivated. Any support or similar experiences? I feel so bad for you and the younger girl. She doesn't even know she is part of this cycle. You are super young imo. It's a common fear to have tho. They want you to think they are, but they are cherry picking narratives to fit a picture in their head. Some even go as far as saying men should have multiple women and cheat on them all because it's "biology" or "natural". You very well detected the points of them that are basic, like fitness and finance well keeping etc. They are there to reel people in. 6	Debunking the alpha/beta dichotomy Easy. This stems from the idea that wolves have alpha/beta/omega dynamics. The creator and biologist of this book and the thesis behind it has since reevaluated the topic and debunked the idea himself.
