I am trying to get a refound (i only bought it for one hour) and i sended 20 mails and phonecalls in the past two (after i bought the product) but no one is answering. I am very afraid i will never see the money again. Is there a particular email or website or code or anything i should know about? I currently am still in the time limit for giving it back.
