Not all of these movies are directly attacks on men, however Vox is applauding them not only for having strong female character (which is another can of worms), but for portraying men as horrible, which is the problem. Just imagine if a conservative news site applauded films that show women as helpless or greedy. Liberals would go crazy. 1	Selective Service in ignored history of controlling men's bodies - The traditional way of thinking about men is that men’s lives are less valuable than women’s lives just in being. I have just spoke with the friend's sisiter, apparently she went into high school when the Senate voted to make women sign up for selective service and they were told they would have to sign up for it, but then that was reverted and so she doesn't anymore.	/r/MensRights	11/09/18 06:29 PM

My friend's sister is graduating high school soon and she has to sign up for selective service despite being female. All I'm saying is that this is a somewhat benign issue to care about as an MRA, when much better ones could be fought for.
