The problem is exactly that, how do I reject without losing a friend.

I should rephrase what I am asking. Can I open a girl with, "can you give me some advice about what to do with this female friend I have" and then talk about a personal problem I am having with my friend.

I understand the concept. I have to admit it was fun asking repeatedly (in a non-creepy way).

Can you further explain what you mean by being more invested than I should? Also, I like the move to a table, nice!

Yep, probably ten times in different ways. I kept going saying "So Z...do you like tea? she says yes I say "Okay, so lets go out and get tea." Ans: "No" but laughing again. Later: "Hey Z, what are you doing later, want to go bowling...as on a date?" makes it easier when I was already rejected

For the sake of the girl cut it off...if she is looking for love and you can't give it, do her a favor and set her free.

Are you Tom Cruise? You pretty much described him...he gets a shit ton of girls. He had to work his ass off to get where he is, up to you I guess.

As to the two comments earlier. The only thing I can say is that you can tackle all of these at once BUT follow the 1% improvement rule. For the sleep thing... if you sleep five hours try sleeping for 5 hours and 3 minutes the next day, continue this everyday. As for this forum...if you followed the comments of the other people...you will never get out of your shell because becoming good at seduction is a massive life change where you tackle a million things at once...but everyone starts slowly.…

Thank you for this post. I just got screwed after putting my heart and soul into a woman for 8 years. I'm not a PUA and have never been on a real date. Women terrify me and I "fell" into the last relationship. I will make a list of some must have characteristics...like no crazy shit, isn't a lying cheater etc

Same boat as you, age and physically and the uni and the houses...except I just found out she has been cheating on me...own a house together...I'm moving out...been together for 8 years and have never dated. The only thing I know is that I am a good person who got screwed.

I think my body is okay, I'm tall, not muscular and not terrible looking, I like my job but my biggest problem is walking up to people and engaging

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
