Ear piercing is most definitely not the same or nearly as permanent I agree. But its still doing body alterations to a baby person that has no say. So I think we should let humans grow naturally and let them be the ones to decide what be done to their bodies.

We actually just renewed insurance at my company today. Fortunately I don't think they care about gender since we all got the same options to pick from. Just gotta figure out if I stay PPO or go down to HMO. They really beefed up the HMO thus year.

Your dad sounds cool. Also though I had heard about the hygiene thing with uncircumcised it didn't phase my curiosity. Sadly I've yet to run into a natural one in the wild and I really dig my current bf so it may be something I'll never encounter.

I have no idea, perhaps they aren't real feminists? Imo real feminists are for the betterment of both genders since the "patriarchy" can negatively effect everyone. Maybe they buy into the hygiene reasoning but that's a weak excuse if you ask me. Vaginas can get pretty nasty without constant hygiene and maintenance but you don't see people rushing to mutilate little girls, at least not in civilized societies. I'm a woman, and I consider myself a feminist, and I absolutely think it should be the man's decision later in life when he's old enough to decide if he wants part of his body lopped off.
