I think that when I feel the effects of step one, in my mind I get paranoid about it and my own fear of showing the effects of step one to others makes me more nervous. I appreciate that this is only a retail job and that it really is not my problem, but when someone is up in your face complaining and acting violent towards you its intimidating. I always laugh a minute afterwards with my coworkers about how it is their problem and they are taking their anger out on us and it puts it all in perspective. I read this paper at work today and it pissed me and my male/female coworkers off.
