The thing is if the PFT was equal the majority of women wouldn't get in. It would be a waste of resources to let them all try if few would pass. Then everyone would complain because there weren't enough women getting in and the standard would be lowered. The exact same thing happened to the Police and fire department. It might not be politically correct but men and women were built differently. You can't go against biology.
