1	Its been rough Most states have a 'standard' custody arrangement that can be modified if you and your stbx are in agreement. You can look around and most likely find a lawyer that will prepare the documents (again if you and your stbx can work out the property/money/custody agreements) and then you can file them, wait out the mandatory waiting period (if applicable) then show up in court yourself and get it done.
