This is the best advice imo and has worked for me so far. I get overwhelmed if I try to change too many aspects of my life at the same time. I create one new habit at a time, you could try this and see how it goes. Changing yourself takes time, years, so don't rush it.

If it's all fat in your shoulders, then yes. However, you should lift or keep lifting during your weight loss period. It really depends on how much is muscle and how much is fat. When I went on my huge diet and lost a ton of weight I did so without lifting, not only did I lose a lot of excess fat, but I lost muscle weight too. My upper body strength is shit compared to my friends and peers. I used months to reach what they could almost do instantly when they started lifting.

However, babies who don't have any say in the matter, regardless of gender, shouldn't be messed with. That is what happened with me and I can easily say that I am not happy with the result. The cut is uneven and just looks aesthetically not pleasing to look at for me, however I guess most girls won't care.

Don't really see this as a TRP problem, but let's give it a shot. Though you kinda answered your own problem. with my ex before trp I could go for 30+ minutes. Prior to yesterday I hadn't had sex in 6 months You got used to having sex with the same person, even though you are turned on, you might not be as like your first time with a new girl.
