If we're talking about biological "privileges", then yes, being stronger (on average) is one of the advantages men have over women. I believe what you were trying to say about intelligence is that men have a bigger distribution, that their IQ levels are more spread out. Which means there are more men at the very top, but also more at the very bottom. So there are more really smart and really dumb men than there are women.
