The title is a play on words, not meant to imply that any man who gets oneitis will quickly perish or fall. In the first words of the post I say this, "lets look back on how many of the otherwise “great” men in the show allowed their oneitis for their women to get the best of them, leading to their demise." Perhaps I should have used "some" instead of "many" but it's still clear that it's not all.

I agree that it sounds like ceoil needs to take things slowly for her own sake and heal more (upon reading these other comments). I will say that men can be sincerely that interested in a woman after 3 dates but they can also be full of crap or deluding themselves so, in general, women shouldn't dismiss a guy for getting that interested that soon but should verify over time that what he says he feels is real and not just temporary infatuation or a schtick to get them in bed.

I think that this is more of a female phenomenon of taking longer to fall in love. I think that when a man really is going to fall in love with a woman that it happens fairly quickly. But what also happens with great frequency is that when he does this he scares off the woman who is slower to fall in love. Another thing is that if the woman is kind of at his threshold of maybe good enough maybe not that he does take a lot longer to fall in love and thus acts less needy and infatuated around her …

I would say that you should be cautious about him professing such high interest in you so soon (to see if he's sincere, just leading you on to get in your pants, or if he's easily infatuated and then falls out of infatuation. That said, I would say men do tend to fall in love faster than women because it's more based on her looks whereas women tend to fall in love more slowly and need to get to know a man more.

I think it would be interesting to analyze things based on at what stage are men or women pickier on average. I think that men are less picky at the first stages for the reason you mentioned, they would like to get sex with a much broader range of women than women would with men. So I think it's harder for men to get through the initial filters. Once you get to later stages then men become relatively more picky than they were. Let's say you've gotten to a point where a couple have been dating fo…

I agree with you. I find it fascinating how in some forums this idea would be shot down but I guess it's not for nothing that this is the red pill women subreddit. :)

The speed dating doesn't necessarily prove you wrong. I agree that women are far pickier with regards to casual sex. Regarding relationships, my guess is that young women in their late teens and early to mid 20's (some even older) are pickier than men because the women aren't really looking to settle down yet while most men would love to have a half-decent (or better) girl friend in order to have frequent sex plus to fulfill most beta males' romantic tendencies. I think that as people hit their …

If you want my opinion (from a man), be nice to him, feminine, don't have sex too soon but gradually build to it with escalating intimacies each time you see him so he knows you're attracted and yet feels the thrill of desiring you and anticipating that moment. Also, you need to discern whether you are on his relationship "ladder" or his sex-only ladder. Men will have sex with women that are on their sex-only ladder but will only have a relationship with women they see as good long-term partners…

I've noticed this as well. The nice guys who didn't need the message got it and doubled down on niceness while the assholes that needed it didn't listen. The dichotomy between the two only increased. Talk about an unintended consequence.

The idea that he do anything (be it being nicer than he may prefer to be, or learning game or whatever) seems inauthentic. Perhaps there's some validity to that, especially if taken to extremes, but women do it with makeup, push-up bras and flattering clothes and hairstyles. It's time that doing things that the other might appreciate and find attractive stops being demonized. The other option is for men to simply be louts and women to walk around in burlap sacks with straggly hair.

Sex with a male that is "worthy" of her (a generic woman) is what she wants but she has the fear that somehow he's a fake, that he's not as valuable as he seems. That's why many women hate the idea of game, that a man that wasn't always smooth and charming could become that way and "defraud" her eggs of being impregnated by lesser genes. Of course, this can be shown to be nonsense since so many of the smooth operators are more devoid of substance than the good guy who had to learn game to get a …

nd not what has been discussed. This is a straw version of the nice-guy problem to try to show Fascinating how nice behavior is construed by Kanga to its worst possible interpretation: manipulation to get something. This is what really burns good guys, that they are often automatically assumed to only being good or nice to get in her pants.

I think that it's great when a couple is mutually in love romantically. However, I think that the other types of love need to be developed in a marriage and that just because the romantic love has faded (perhaps into more companionate love) over time divorce is not justified. I think that no-fault divorce, combined with the tendency to give mothers more custody and child support, makes it too easy and offers too many incentives for divorces that don't need to happen. Of course, truly abusive mar…

And the West was and is a lot richer when it implemented these things so there is a lot more cushion to subsidize marxist/feminist redistribution. So, I think that it will be a much slower process to reverse things (if ever).

Yes, women confuse their sexual market value for their relationship/marriage market value, namely, they think they can marry guys that are as sexy, hot, rich or whatever as they can get casual sex with.

And, of course, I agree that women are most attractive in their late teens to mid 20's, with perhaps a slight decline in late 20's on average. But once the 30's come, both their momentary looks and the number of years left with reasonable looks are much lower (you could think of the woman's future looks multiplied by how many years she'll be at each declining SMV value, much like the present value of their looks, just like the present value of a company calculates all the future income). So even…

I agree. Feminism tells women to put career and fun ahead of marriage and kids. And due to the more herd-like nature of women, remaining part of the herd is psychologically very important to them, and so many of them will put off their other innate desires of relationships and kids in order to please the feminist alpha mares. Only recently are some women starting to wake up and realize that the career über-alles focus isn't making them happy. I talk about that in my post on how feminists and rau…

Just did a new post that shows that white women's never-married rates for marriage have dropped much faster than those for white men. http://www.justfourguys.com/womens-marriage-rates-dropping-faster-than-mens/ Summary: From 2000 to 2007, the rate of never-married white women that married in the next 5 years fell much faster than that of never-married white men. The most striking example is found in comparing the 30-34 y/o male and female cohorts. In 2000, the female rate was 34.1% that would marry in the next five years and the male rate was 28.7%. By 2007, the female rate had plummeted by more than 1/2 to 16.8% while the male rate had only fallen to 24.6%. What was a 5.4% female “edge” in 2000 became…

I can understand wanting to talk to them alone. One thing I didn't mention was to go with the friend(s) to get out of your shell but then take some time to leave the group and be alone and look friendly and happy and that will make it much more easy for a man to approach you. It's harder for men to approach a group of people to talk to a woman because he has to engage the whole group and there's a small % of people that are good at doing that.

Hey betafemanon. I'm not a woman but I too am fairly shy around new people. One thing that has helped me is to go out with a friend that I really get along with so that we can talk and joke around and it really loosens me up and gets me out of my shy shell and into a more outgoing and happy mood. Do you have any friends that make you feel more that way that you could go out with or take with you and that way they help make you happier and more smily and that will make you appear more approachabl…

And also wrote one on why 1 in 4 is vastly exaggerated: http://www.justfourguys.com/rape-why-1-in-4-is-wrong/ We have to spread the word and discredit the feminist liars who just want to scare women and tarnish men in order to grab more power for themselves.

Did you know that the 1 in 4 women will be raped or sexually assaulted by the time they graduate from college is totally false? It's important to spread the message so that men aren't excessively demonized as actual or potential rapists. Namely, don't paint all men with that brush since the vast majority of men aren't rapists. It also will keep women from being scared of men and, ya know, actually have relationships with them. Wrote a post about the Campus rape myth: http://www.justfourguys.com/…

Totally! I just wrote a post today about how there's an epidemic of fat asses roaming the land. 36% of adults over 20 are obese! Not just overweight but obese. And 69% are either obese or overweight. When it comes to girl game, looking good is the number one tool and losing weight is the most tangible and doable way to up their looks. You can read more about my 5 P's of girl game and the epidemic of land whales here: http://www.justfourguys.com/girl-game-is-simple-yet-so-hard/

Feminists have been spouting the 1 in 4 rape or attempted rape meme for so long now, in spite of tons of evidence it's nowhere near that high. What they do is broaden the definition so wide that nearly anything qualifies. Even about 73% of the women that the feminist academics said counted as rape victims said they didn't feel like they'd been raped. I wrote an article about this that takes some excerpts from a more lengthy piece on the campus rape myth: http://www.justfourguys.com/the-campus-ra…
