But his photos aren't just snapshots they are his art. A photographer finds his photos wherever he is alot of times and art in general can be very personal in nature and I don't think there is anything wrong with drawing from what you are experiencing Also I think there is value in these specific photos ...I don't personally know what its like to be a father in that position but these photos communicate that to a certain degree

If someone has been sentenced for committing a crime and then serves their sentence then why is it some how appropriate to keep making them pay for the crime beyond what we as a society has deemed the appropriate punishment for the crime When you make shit up along the way that's when things like the fallout from false accusations happen I just find the entire concept of name and shame unfair and unjust even if the crimes are despicable

I think the sex offender registry is an example of how it can go wrong ...there are plenty of people who's lives are ruined for a transgression that most people view as being no big deal but we dont take that into account because of the hysteria that surrounds those types of crimes At some point you have to decide what the appropriate level of punishment is for a crime ...if we live in a just society then we should all fight for fair judgment and fight against vigilante justice

I don't want to point fingers at the police but it would be an interesting experiment to do this to women alone in the park and see if the police even respond at all ...the standard response is that they have to investigate the complaint but I suspect that wouldn't be the case if genders were reversed .....it would have the most impact investigative reporter style
