Read Michael Crichton's book, "Disclosure". It was written over 30 years ago, but is impressively prescient. In the afterword Crichton predicts that increasing the proportion of women in positions of authority will increase the amount of female-on-male sexual harassment and abuse in similar proportion. Because it's not a male thing or a female thing, it's a power thing, and some people, of both sexes, cannot handle power responsibly.

Pap smears and mammograms routine, prostate checks not so much.

Go read Michael Crichton's book, "Disclosure". Almost prophetic.

Which is a clear breach of the Fourteenth. In the light of the recent SCOTUS EPA decision, I can see a lot of challenges to the policies of Government Agencies and Departments that would never have received the approval of Congress.

If your University makes any accusation, report it to the police and refuse to co-operate with the University authorities in any way. They have absolutely no authority, competence, or business investigating a serious crime, and any attempt on their part to do so is a breach of the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Title IX concerns access to education and nothing else. It is not a mandate to set up a parallel justice system.

Apart from the technicality that it was the previous decision that was overruled, not an Act of Congress, that's basically it.

Try r/PoliticalCompassMemes. I think the default attitude of 'this is all a joke' allows disagreement without enmity. Whatever the reason, there's actually some proper, reasoned debate on there.

I'm not aware of SCOTUS agreeing to hear a relevant case during her tenure?

I thought it was a condition of citizenship, like voting. "Look, Bruce, you're at least twenty fucks short on the year to date, and we haven't had a cunt out of you since August. You need to buck your ideas up, mate."

"L'esprit de l'escalier." Literal translation 'staircase wit', the scintillating punch line or devastating put-down you think of as you depart...

Been saying this for a long time; the price of chivalry is chauvinism. There's equal treatment, and there's special treatment. Think very carefully before deciding which to demand.

First decent view of her, I thought "That camo-pattern triangular thing on her belt, that's a holster." How did none of them see it?

I really doubt that either party was paying; it's a TV program, the production company has the bill.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
